- Sean JohnLEGIT. Called me on the same day I made a $700 order at macys.com. Asked only for my mailing address. Once confirmed, she said thank you and have a nice day.
- Caller: Macy's
- Meiyu| 1 replyIndeed. It's Macy's confirming your shipping address for your order. It can also be Department Stores National Bank (DSNB) trying to make sure you have indeed made a purchase. Nevertheless it's legitimately from Macy's.
- Caller: Macy's or DSNB
- Call type: Event reminder
- TheRealSeriously replies to MeiyuThat may be, but scammers could be spoofing the number to appear legit themselves
- HMacy's Fraud/Consumer Protection Department. Needed to verify some details for my online order since my shipping address is different from my billing address. Not a scam call.
- Caller: Macy's
- BarbI just got a call from this number, and they hung up when I answered. I went to Macy's.com and called their credit card services, and he said this was not a Macy's number, they would never call from that number if it pertained to credit cards. I do not have a credit card with Macys, but we recently had some fraud so I called their online number to verify and that is what they told me about this telephone number.
- nopethis is a fraudulent number for macy's i spoke with a customer service representative who informed me that this is a residential nuymber and is no where in their directory. [***] calls and even [***] answers on here.

- JillLeft me a voicemail, saying they were from Macy’s credit department (don’t buy from Macy’s, don’t have a card there, etc.) and left an 800 number to call back. I did, and it had an automated message. The FIRST thing it asked me was to put in the last 4 of my SSN. Definitely a scam.

- J houScam call claiming to be from macy's! Macy's bloomers show up on I'd.
- Caller: Macys bloomers
- Momo replies to platespinnerYes, got the same thing. They wanted to talk to...now get this...As your Dick. Do you think that was a dead giveaway to their nefarious scheme?
- Kathy MansfieldConstant voicemail left by a very foreign speaking person: stating they are with Macy’s ..... I’ve not returned any calls because I don’t have a credit card at their establishment
- BOBRThese people call every day from Macy's financial department. Wanting us to call them back regarding a financial mater. They leave a message every time. Some one needs to stop these people. Have never done business with Macy's.
- Caller: Macy's
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- DaveCaller ID says it's Macy's but call back number is different (and not related to Macy's) so I'd guess it's a scam by someone spoofing Macy's number
- PrivateThe number 480-929-3000 phoned my landline on 10-02-19. A female, foreign in accent left a voicemail on my landline recorder, saying it was from Macy's/a personal business matter. No specifics. Said to contact back w/ 2 different toll free numbers. I dialed the number back, blocked, and I was transferred to a Deborah. I provided my landline phone number to her, and she said the number wasn't in their system, and if Macy's were to call again, to pick up the line. I don't think so F-tards! When I used my investigative search engines, it says it belongs to a Heather Kearns. It, also, says it belongs to Macy's located at 1345 S 52nd Street Temple, AR 85281-6970. On my caller I.D. it shows up as Macy's Bloomies.

- LBTCalled but did not pick up. Then I called back and the operator transferred my call to Macy's Customer service. He asked for my Macy's account number and I replied that I do not an account with you. He said to ignore the call because it probably was a wrong number.
- Caller: Macy's
- HkSaid they were calling from Macy’s and that I owe debt. But I have a 0 balance. I hung up on them
