continually call our house and when i do answer they just hang up.  WTF!!!
i am on the do not call list as well.  these people need to be busted by the  MAN or one of us will reach through that phone one day and pull the person out!  I get these call like today on sunday mornings. Get a life company. No body wants to be bothered on sunday

What I think they do is go around your area looking for homes that need work. They will knock on your door or get your address and then google it or go to Zaba serch and look for phone numbers

Call me on a regular basis.  I just reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry.  Everyone, just get together & keep reporting them.

A rep came to my door about 2 months ago offering a free windows estimate.  I agreed.  When the day came, my wife wasn't available.  They said we'd both have to be there.  I tried to set it up again with just me, but they again said we both have to be there.  Nonsense.  This seems like a typical sales call that will take up 2 hours of my day.

Anyway, for the past 6 weeks or so they have called every day, usually twice a day.  This weekend they called for the first time on a Sunday.  I don't answer.  It's now a game for me.  I want to see how long they will keep this up.  Seems like a bad way to do business.  I still need windows but there's absolutely zero chance they will get the job.

Funny sidenote, when I signed for the estimate, I was asked to iniial a box saying it's ok for them to call.

We changed to Verizon and have been inundated with unwanted calls, despite signing on to the no-call list. PWS is the latest - once a day around dinner time. Can't something be done about this?

I called 3 days ago, and asked to be removed from the telemarketing list. They still keep calling several times a day.

I talked to Paytec. They are a phone service, and Power Windows and Siding is a client of theirs.  I told them that Power Windows and Siding keeps harrassing people.  

I asked to be removed from the list again, and Paytec said they would pass on the info to Power WIndows and Siding.

If I am not removed from the list, they said to call Security for Paytec, and they will take care of it.  The number for Security is 1-877-999-7705.

By the way, the reason they call but do not say anything or give a busy signal is because they're trying to see if anyone picks up and the number is active.  If it is active, they give the number out to other telemarketers.  This is what I've heard!

Call comes through and hangs up when answered.  At least once a day.  Very annoying.

The number is for Power Windows & Siding. If they are calling you, it is because you (or someone at your home) entered their contest for free windows and doors. They want to come give you an estimate before you can "officially" be entered into their contest.

Received a number of calls daily from this number. Call back and it is not in service. How do I stop this.

One thing I don't understand is why so many people are going to this site and asking the same questions.  People - read all of the comments to get the whole story.  The true answer to get this to stop is to spread the word about this awful company. We all need to email everyone we know and tell them Never Ever Ever to do business with Power Windows and Siding; make comments in Myspace and Facebook; tell everybody that Power Windows and Siding sucks!!!  However, there is a plus side to the way PWS does business - they make for an excellent prank if you give them the phone number of someone you don't like...

The number484-482-4805 is from power window and siding.  Another number they operate from is a (610)-874-5000 number. They were doing work in my area and had some guys walking around trying to give free estimates.  The guy was pretty nice so I said I would let them.  So I gave them my phone number to set-up an appointment.  And of course they have called non-stop since I never answered the phone.  I found it the 484 number was them as well because my uncle works at City Hall and traced the number for me.  Another tip is to go to www.google.com/goog411 and type the number in the reverse phone look-up then click on additional data for the number.  And it gives you the location for the number.  It is on Juniper St and the intersection of market st right across from city hall.  Power Windows and Siding has a call center located in that same vicinity.  Hope this helps everyone.  All you do is call them and say you want to have that appointment set-up and give them a phony number as your new number.  I gave them the phone number to the BBB consumer affairs line.  What a surprise their going to get.

I just called for the fourth to have my number removed.  I was told by Joanne F that she would attend to it.  She's very good at sales and they sound like a good company.  However, I won't do business with someone that keeps calling me and hanging up.  If I want to do business with them, I'll call.

I keep getting calls from (484)482-4805, and they never leave a voicemail message.

The man told me that he was with a Home contest I entered.  The only contest I entered was with HGTV.

For all of you people who listen to Q102 in philly.  Right now they have been running a contest to win Power windows and siding on their website.  We all like contests.  Apparently you start getting random calls from this stupid place when you register to win.  I would actively call Q102 if you have tried this contest.  May be on other radio stations too!  but if you go to Q102.com under win then see all online contests all the way at the bottom is guess who?  Our friend the PWS.

Thanks to "here ya go" for letting us all know that Q102 is promoting this horrible company.  I'm going to contact Q102 and tell them why they need to drop PWS, or I will never listen to the station again.  Hopefully you all will do the same.  Also, if anyone sees PWS advertised elsewhere, please post the channel.

I know what you all mean. My mother thought she was doing me a favor by signingme up to "win" a $50k home improvement contest...they call and call my cell, I have spoken with PWS personally and told them numerous times I was not interested. I received no call for about 3 weeks. They just started up again today...I have reported them to the BBB.

oh give me a damn break. If it's so important to you, you should have call waiting or call to get your number removed. This isn't 1974.  If they get a busy signal they will probably call back in a couple seconds to make sure they have the correct number. And there will be more then enough time to hang up the phone to get their call.  Don't use other peoples physical health problems for an excuse to complain.
