They were in our neighborhood earlier in the summer trying to get estimates. My husband is a contractor so I told them to come back and speak with him. They asked for a number to call so (duh!) I gave them one. And my husband checked around with guys he works with and he wouldn't have this company replace anything on our girls' doll houses.

I canceled my appointment after doing some research on this company. I decided that the BBB has gotten too many complaints and the reports of harrasing phone calls turned me off completely. I spoke to someone that had received an estimate from them and was told of the high pressure to sign on the dotted line TODAY to get this "special price". In short...BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
If you start to get harrasing phone calls from PWS you can call their office at 610-874-5000. Let them know that they will be reported to the FCC and the BBB.

constant calling at all hours of the day. refused their solicitation, but continue to get calls. Power Windows & Siding....

I get calls from them everyday, its annoiying.  I never gave them my number, have no idea where they got my number.  these ppl are sick.  I called 610-874-5000 and told them to remove me from their list. will see what happens.  hope this works.

stop giving your phone # to strangers at your front door. this is how the "leads" are generated. at some point each one of these people complaining were aproached by a stranger in a PWS polo who talked to them and attempted to set an appointment, and gathered info in order to visit the appointment. Whether the homeowner did or did not have a sales demo done at their home, the phone # is used to continue to attempt to sell product. Amazing that people in this day and age freely give out personal information to strangers and are displeased that people use this info to solicit them.  Oh yeah.....the sheet that those guys in polo shirts are writing the info down on, has the legal small print that allows them to use your info for further sales attempts. use your head people, if your not interestedin buying,tell them NOTHING

if you have verizon wireless, you can block them for 3 months as a time via the vw account site.

I would like someone to csll me ASAP.
I have never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional, unethical and very lacking in communication skills.
I signed a contract 2 weeks ago with Power Windows and Sliding for a new roof.  I gave the sales person  check for $5,000.  The check was cashed within 1 week and I have not heard back.  I had to call the salesperson who stated that is not department.  I want my money back and a phone call.
