By the way - Proof read your message before you send it.  There are so many errors in that message.  No wonder you can't open a [***] envelope and post it to my account properly.

They were calling my work phone too. I dont have any accont with Wells Fargo...never have. So now when they call I just play games with them. I have caller ID at work so I pick up the phone and say in my sexiest voice. "You have reached 976-hot chicks. Press 1 to have an intimate conversation with Jade...2 for Becky...etc etc." Hopefully they will stop calling soon. :)

Although I can appreciate the essence of your message, a little more care in punctation, spelling and an ounce of sympathy for the econimic environment might be in order.  There is a code of conduct required and should be expected from collectors.  And what "advantage of an extension offer".  I went on to your website and it is so increabily user "unfriendly" it's not funny.

I have 3 accounts with WF and they can be complete a**holes; They threatned to have my wages ganished; I recently got divorced and got the screwed end of the deal; I tried to see if Wells Fargo Auto would work with me and see if I could refi to extend the loan and have a lower payment; I work for a non profit/have a child/now divorced and have other bills to pay; My car payment is nearly 500 a month; And the credit cards are almost 200 together; Wells Fargo should be ashamed of themselves on how they treat people; I will never again have an account with this company; Sometimes when they call they can be nice other times not so nice; I'm tired; I realize yes I am the one who signed the contract; Yes I realize I have to make my payments; But you do not have to be so GOD DAMN RUDE....  If I wanted to be a b*tch I would have it blown up and then I would tell you to kiss my *ss; But can't do that I need my car.... But after it's paid I'm done...

Collector:   Make sure you have the right phone numbers before you call 5 times a day.

I had this number come up multiple times only to find out they were hunting some one else.

When my voice mail lets you know what my name is... that should be hint # 1 that you are calling the wrong number.

Yeah, thanks for the call, Wells Fargo. Too bad I've never had a car loan in my life. And, no, this isn't a new number. I've had it for over 3 years. Please stop harrassing me before this gets violent.

    Thanks,

I understand what you are saying but how about this scenario....I paid my bill EARLY & MORE than what was due. My due date was 5/25/10 and I made the payment online on 5/19/10. Not only did I get a "reference number" when I made the payment but their own "message" on their site showed a Bank to Bank Transfer was made on 5/19/10. To top it all off my online bank statement shows that the money was debited on 5/20/10 to Wells Fargo. So, can you explain why I have been getting calls from them for the last several days???? I sent an email to customer service with all the details and yet they continue to call...any thoughts since WF is completely in the wrong on this one????

Wells Fargo Auto Finance is a pain in the neck.

After the billing date, I receive up top 4 or 5 calls a day, even on Sunday morning starting at 8am till 9pm at night.

Pain in the neck... I am the co-signer dad that made a horrible mistake of co-signing for my daughter.
Thanks for the advice.... My certified letter is in the mail.

I personally called WF that I am going through a divorce and was unable to conitnue paying on my vehicle and needed info on how to return the vehicle.  Rudeness awakes as they started to tell me off and giving me a lecture of responsibilities and that I signed and even if they take the vehicle I still have to continue paying and understanding people they are not.  They keep calling from different #'s to my employer and I have been informed of how harrasing they are starting to get.  I have banked with WF since 1996 and surely I am going to another place to do my banking. I have never dealt with Wells Fargo in my entire life and they have been blowing up my phone the past couple days. They will not leave a message and I think they are looking for the person who used to have this cell number, since I've only had it for about 2 weeks. They don't seem to believe you when you tell them that they have a wrong number since they believe they are always right and we are wrong/lying! They need to get better/more accurate info before they start harassing people!

This seems to be Wells Fargo calling my cell phone all the time.  It's not fair that it costs me money every time they call.  I wish they would cease and desist.

U guys got it right. Have paid on time................still the calls come

some advise...........if you have some doofus on the phone who can't speak American,  refuse to talk to them.  Demand to speak to an American in America.  The law requires that they transfer your call.  This works with any phone service and with any company,  even if you placed the call.  Demand to talk to an American.  They HAVE to transfer you to one.

Talked to them once to try and make payment arrangements and woman there was SO RUDE.  Have not answered a call from them since.  I have struggled to make my payments for the last couple of years but they always get it, it may be late, but it gets there as soon as I have the money to pay it.  The agreement that was signed was 4 years ago when things were going well and we definitely could afford it then otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the car!!  Guess the "COLLECTOR" is perfect and has never had money issues.  Hope when it happens to them, someone is just as rude.  Nothing like kicking people when their down.  I swear I will never answer another call from you idiots.

Thats not her problem she is gonna keep calling till they get a hold of who ever they are looking for. I have learned t tell them that who ever they are looking for has passed away. therefor they can not by law call my residence any more!!

Apparently this writer has never had a catostrophic event that could not be predicted. It really does not make a difference if you call them back because another person just calls you again anyway. It would be great if everything worked exactly as it is supposed to but unfortunatly that does not always happen. I have an auto loan with Wells Fargo bank. I am into it three years and guess what I have developed cancer and am off work. The really bad news is that social security has taken over three months to process my claim for money that I have paid into the system. The federal law allows them to call you but they dont allow them to verify your SSI disability benefits and give you a break. Wells Fargo said to me "Well barrow the money from somebody. Don"t you go to church or something??"One person will tell you one thing and then somebody else will tell you something else. My 27 year old daughter is almost bankrupt trying to take care of me. So Wells Faro employee, think before you shoot your mouth off. There are often reasons that things happen and it is not always the fault of the person that it is happening to

Lets face it people. WF is a bunch of jerks that feel powerful by making other peoples life miserable. Anybody happen to notice that most of the WF reps have accents?? That should give everybody a clue. It is more immigrants coming in and taking over our country and taking advantage of our system. But dont worry all, I am sure that WF will go our of business because they have lousey employees and a terrible reputation. Maybe then the WF collectors will go back where they came from!!!!
