Call them back and keep asking for their executives.  When pushed on why you are calling, tell them about the poor experiences.  Call a few times, and they will take you off the list.

this number keeps appearing on my caller ID with no messages.

We have been receiving calls from this number daily for the past few months. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and do not know how to block this call. Any ideas?

Got a call 8am on the dot, answered said hello, heard a male voice say "click" so I said "Hello?" again. The guy says "Oh now that you think you heard me hang up you say hello, real nice." Then he really does hang up! What gives?

I'm getting this call to my home phone# which is unlisted! How did they get my number?  I finally picked up and there was a recording something about a bogus unpaid bill.  I don't have any unpaid bills. I didn't let it finish and hung up.

Hey everyone. I was getting calls from that 503-000-0000 number.They never left a message or a toll free number for me to reach them at. So I read the previous posts and saw that they have a toll free number ...The 866-637-1808 one....and called. I spoke with a jared and he was very polite indeed,I asked him if they were called ACSI , and he said yes..I then told him that they must have the wrong person ...he said they were looking for a lady named HILIA and I told him that there isnt and never was anyone living here by that name,so the customer service agent said he would have my number removed from their list...we will see though ...Hopefully they dont call back!

I started getting calls from 503-000-0000 about a week ago, once, then twice a day.  Then it turned into 000-000-0000 and it has been calling me once an hour every hour, nine times a day for two days now.  I answered the call once from the 503 number to hear nothing on the other line.
