Tired of receiving calls from this number

I get calls from this number 503-260-4864 and I have no idea who is calling and for what. I am sick of calls and I will report them to the FCC.

Got approximately 4 calls from this number, back to back. Went to my voicemail but no no message was left, aside from a few seconds of silence before they hung up. Have no clue who this company or individual is...my philosophy is, if its important enough to call, its important enough to leave a message. From listening to others comments, I believe its a scam. Don't call me, I certainly won't be calling them.

Hello everybody, I'm Starling and from California Bay Area and i got a text message saying ..."Starling :D". I responded and said,"Who is this". They never responded back. I was scared because I'm only 13 and thought someone was stalking me...! I called them and it said," Non working number". It said that two times and hung up automatic. I wonder why everybody else got a phone call and not me.! Please Respond... THANKS :]

Name shows as Bum.  Did not respond to call. We to vm, no message left.

does anybody have an actual customer service number for this phone number? when you call back, it says the number is no longer in service.  I am on the national do not call list! I would love to rip somebody's head off today, because I'm in a bad mood anyways. and someone who works for a company who makes unsolicited telemarketing calls would be a perfect subject. :)

Cell phone call, no message.  I hate these calls.  I wish I could call that individual person back and do the same.

got a call from 503-260-4864 on 8/14/12.  very annoying, i didnt answer, and will also file a complaint on these jerks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a million calls from these a__ holes, I finally wisely up and answered....I said; "Good afternoon, Bureau of Investigations, how may I direct your call? " Yup, you guessed it, they never called again!

Called me twice in a row so of course I answer on the 2nd.... Obviously a scam bc there's no way in hell if I actually won a cruise wood a machine call me twice. Didn't give no info besides that I hate cruises so I wood never sign up for one!!! Total scam!!
