I have been getting calls from this # every day several times a day for 4 days....including very early Sat morning. When I answer there is no one there. I have finally discovered it is Wells Fargo!!! What the heck? What kind of customer service is that? I am annoyed enough to consider changing banks.

I keep getting calls from this number but no one answers when I pick up

Picked up once to a recorded message asking for some one else and they've been calling twice every hour and I don't even have a wells fargo credit card.  So annoying!

Don't know who is calling never leaves a message.

This number calls every ten min. no one there.

I keep getting calls almost daily from this number.  If I answer, no one responds.  This is my cell phone and I don't like getting any business calls on this phone.

Don't give out any of ur information... It's fraud their trying to steal ur identity... Get this number blocked ASAP!... and don't call it back..

I've been getting calls from this number nearly every morning between 6AM and 7AM for the past couple of weeks.  I also get calls from this number and other similar numbers all day long.  One time I answered and, just like others have said, nobody answered, just dead air.  At 6:28 this morning (Tuesday, 3/1/11) I answered again and actually talked to somebody.  They refused to say who they were, just kept asking if I was the person they were calling.  When I asked why, they said it was a business matter and again refused to say who they were.  (I already know it's Wells Fargo because I had the number checked out earlier.)  When they said it was a business matter, I told them that it was 6:30AM and that they were in violation of the law (they are not allowed to call before 8AM or after 9PM).  They still kept asking me the same question, so I hung up.  If I continue to receive more phone calls, I will file a complaint with the FTC and my state's Attorney General's office.

I called Wells Fargo and they said this is not one of their numbers. Same Complaint, some one asking for Social Security Number and other personal information. I don't even have accounts with Wells Fargo!

I have 2 cells...been receiving calls from this number, 1st in AM and now in PM...both of my phones are recieving this call back to back...I refuse to answer because I don't recognize the number...'preciate y'all giving the heads up on its origin, I can relax and continue not to answer...I do not have a Wells Fargo account.

All you have to do is answer and then they know they got you...The calls will not stop...Don't play into their game...Just don't answer the phone...Good luck

Okay seriously this is the millionth time i got this number called on my phone. i get it in class, when im sleeping, im trying as hard as i can to block this damn number and AT&T doesnt do [***] about it. WTF!?!?! If anything I say let's block it.

They are calling your cell phone, right?  So put the number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  It won't stop the calls but it will keep them from waking you up or disturbing your class.

I have gotten 5 calls from this number since 8am.  It shows up on my caller ID as being from Beaverton, OR.(just in case you are wondering how I know what city, state, bc my caller ID on my cell phone tells me)  I believe it is a scam.  If it was really Wells Fargo, don't you think it would show up at an 800 number not an odd number like this.  You can make any name come up on caller ID with your number.  I have gotten calls from Wells Fargo before (for fraud charges on my account) and that was an 800 number and they left a message stating they were from wells fargo and why they were calling.  So I'm assuming if it was legit wouldn't you think it wouldn't be this number.

this guy called me 4 times for 2 days...finally he said something when i answered asking for a Gregory Bailey...I have no idea who that is...Asked for him in a message and than when i answered.

I have never had a Wells Fargo card or account. I have advised them of that fact. They say they will take my number off the list, but keep calling. I will sue for harrassment if these calls don't stop.

Don't just complain, everybody......write them and let them know how you feel.

I do not have any credit or credit cards with Wells Fargo, and I have advised the caller to stop calling. They haven't. I don't know if its a phishing operation or if it is Wells Fargo, but I'll take this matter to the police if necessary.

it's a fraud. definitely not wells fargo.

They have been calling me for weeks now, usually 2 or 3 in short bursts - one in the morning and another series in the evening. Oh well - I guess that's what caller ID is for. Now, on to call blocking! Ha!
