Got a call from HPW leads and have now asked to be removed 3 times.  Reported them to the do not call directory.

Just received a call @ 10:41 pm from 503 877-3590. It stated on my phone this call is from Detroit Oregon which is a town of 390 or so people. It is 1 hour from my hometown Salem, Oregon. Detroit lake is basically a summer resort town. I know this as I have been going up there since 2 weeks old to a cabin owned by my family since 1956....I'm 50 now. I know the area code & prefix to be true for Detroit, Oregon. Do not know who would be calling up there but I will find out by asking people that reside up there who's number this is & I will post on here when I do giving everyone info I receive! I think they did 1 call too many this time! Lol ;)

Have received an average of three calls per week from this company selling insurance. they give a number to call and be removed from their list, which I have done three times, hasn't worked yet. Have reported them to the BBB in Oregon and sent their name to the consumer affairs department in my home state.

When someone calls to request their number be removed from the dialer, the company has up to 30 days to comply.  The best way to ensure your number is removed is to call the 800-456-2701 or email support@hbwleads.com.  By calling or emailing, you can talk to a real person to help you.  The company represents many insurance companies and is intended to gather information from those who are interested in an auto quote as opposed to going online.

Just got an automated call from these alpha-hotels telling me that if I wanted to be added to their do not call list I'd have to call them back at a long distance number. How is that legal?

do not ever ever ever want to receive calls from this number or else i will report this to the u.s. marshalls and fbi.

Our office is daily getting calls from this number.  Even calling the number asking to be put on a "no call" list has done nothing to stop the calls.
I don't know the company calling since by the time i answer the phone their message is already in progress and all I get is their phone number.

I read all of this stuff online about telemarketers since I am one and this is the only job I can do due to two car wrecks one in 2006 and another one in 1992. I have to use a walker and there are 9 of us working here that do and are disabled. We cannot survive on SS. I have talked to the police at summer events as well as a national night out this year and last year and they just laugh and walk away which leaves me to tell you that the police will do nothing and the FTC people will do nothing either since I write to them all the time about our rights to work and we need to work. So contacting them is a waste of time for sure. It is a hard job and it is not just calling people. We have to go by the script and do what we are told. There are many that have degrees up here including myself that I got a 4 year one in 1986 and the wrecks took that away from me. There are many of us that have them that work here just so all of you know and it is not because we have not tried to better ourself.

If you go into all the anti telemarketing sites yes the DNV does not work because there are just too many people still calling now. We all need jobs and are thankful that we have a job and it is supposed to be better when 2 million call center jobs are eliminated due to the DNC and NAAFTA. That is supposed to be good. I do not think so. You will have to pay alot of welfare and higher taxes when we cannot work. That is why the economy is so bad in the first place now. Alot of us who are disabled like me want to work and have to work and not all telemarketing is bad. At least we are trying to make a living and not be on welfare rolls. 13 years is long enought to trash folks who are only trying to get out of debt and survive and support ourselves and our families. There are too many doing it for the FTC and the government to even begin to do a thing about it. That is a fact. I want to work and am not the only one who has to for sure. There are alot of us trying to survive.

please write this number down (800-456-2701) and call each extension starting with 301, then 302, 303, 304, 306, 307, 310, 311 SALES MANAGER, 313. If you call after hours set the phone down, it will be silent for several seconds, then let it record until that mail box is full, then dial another number. Also call FTC and complain. Everyone needs to do this. Thank You,

Repeated unwanted automated calls keep hitting my answeirng machine almost daily and we are into a new year.  Message mentions hpw lee or leads offering insurance rates in your area.  you have to call 503 877 3590 to be removed from a list.  how nice.

I worked for them for 5 long dreaded years..The way they treat their employees is insane.not to mention that if you get a digruntled client on the phone and you are ask to get a manger they will pass the buck to someone else that may not even be a manager..They have had so many complaints from the public about them continuing to call when asked to be taken off the list they sit back in the tower and laugh thinking its funny because they feel if you get bothered so much that you will in the end take a quote..They get paid anywhere from $17 a lead to $25 for a live transfer now multiply that times how many people that say that they dont wont a quote and their happy with the company they have and yet most people feel [***] it if it will take me off that list lets do it. now lets take in account for the insurance companies that are paying for this service they are getting screwed over by HBW leads because they will say they will replace the leads but when i left that company it was 8000 leads behind in replacement status..they had to keep up with the regular orders that they made a comitment to..Also this company dont care if you do drugs on the job or be a drunk on the job as long as your producing them leads.I have to ask how many people want to give their info to drunks and drug addicts.I have witnessed so much in those five years working for them..I was their recruiting director/ productin manager/training manager/quality assurance manager.I have heard and seen things that should have never happened in a work enviorment. sexual assaults drug useage thefts and the list goes on and on.they would tell me how to run my home life when in fact i was profesional at work.I would ask my boss the operation manager what if i didnt approve of his life style and told him how to live. He is gay and not that i have an issue with this but if i was one that had an issue it would be so easy to say hey nick i dont approve of how you live I never did this to the man its his choice as its my choice the way i live my life..he would call the telemarketers low lifes and didnt want me to have any of these people in my house i have lived in Salem Oregon for 30 years and knew alot of people. Hey so you know... the program that they use for their dialer allows them to put in any number for caller id

i AM GETTING CALLS FROM HBW     PHONE #203-446-5785 very threatening calls saying if I don't call back they will be at my house in person tomorrow so I need to call.. I called but all I got was real loud annoying piano music. If they show up I am going to let them meet and greet my two Large Bull Mastiffs in the drive way.  After I stay on the phone for a long time so I can [***] them out I just get my dial tone back. The need to be stopped immediately. People keep all messages from the on you answer machine then you have proof of their messages. Best of luck
