Called twice in two days and  hung up with no message left.  

Caller ID showed Market Decision and called me at 8:45 p.m.  My husband gets up at 3:00 a.m. to go to work, so needless to say, we were asleep.  I answered and this woman said they were conducting a survey.  I told her not to call back and asked if she knew what time it was that we were asleep.  I don't care to do telephone surveys for anyone.  DO NOT CALL ME BACK.  

Thanks for all of the info I read on two pages alone! Seems as though this company has been doing this for some time!! They called here in AZ on 4/2/14 at 7:30pm. We were standing right there by the phone, checked the caller id which said Market Decisions 503-977-6714. Let's see if I want to answer this... NOPE. I screen my calls & let the machine grab them. It's the first call from this company, but I get them daily from another. Grrr

But you do routinely call people who are on the Federal 'do not call' list.

Have been continuous calls from this number and no messages!! I don't answer because I do not know  the number.

4 calls just today and they let it ring once and hang up.  Try to return the call and no answer.  

Caller ID showed MDC Research.  Did not answer. These calls are a pain in the $&@!

My pre-teen daughter started receiving calls on a regular basis on her cell phone from this number. Since she is not allowed to answer calls from numbers that are not identified or known to her to have originated from friends or family, she has not taken any of their calls.  However, the calls have continued.  The caller always hangs up but calls again.  It is ridiculous since her number was on the worthless state and national Do Not Call lists (like many of the other complainants listed here).

Yep, another political call. These morons have called my cell, my office, my home, and my VOIP number! All on the SAME DAY!

DON'T COOPERATE WITH THESE CALLERS.  They are making money for their clients, so you better believe they are "selling" your opinion.  Don't give them your opinion for free.  Refuse to cooperate with them and eventually their businesses will fold.

got a call from 5039776714 - they asked my name and when i said "this is she" they hung up.  I called the number back immediately and NOOOO one answered???

calls 3or 4 times a day and hangs up. very annoying.

They called me all weekend at odd hours, day and night.  Now they are calling me all week.  I added them to my contacts where it phone logs then I'll print out the list and send it to the attorney general.  I'm also on a no-call list.
