    Just got this on my cell! Sons a [***]... Surely the phone companies could set their equipment to bottle up this junk & draw & quarter the responsible people. If the NSA can sort through millions of phone numbers to data mine, then perhaps they could use their time for something that the US  Citizens would approve of to clean this junk up.

    You're right, of course the "card services" scammer's calls are robodialed, but who do you believe is behind the automated calls? Robodialed calls are the ones that are expressly prohibited, but criminals such as the "card services" scammers do not obey the do not call list or other telemarketing call rules as they go about trying to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off.
