Called but no message

That is a phone number from the Mayo Clinic.

When I answer the call from this number I get an electronic high pitched sound like an incoming fax - when calling it back I receive an automated message that the Mayo Clinic can not trace the caller on this line.

Has called 1-2 / day for last week.

Have not yet answered, but I do live near Rochester, MN (where Mayo Clinic is located, as others have suggested is the caller).

No idea why the May would be calling me, however.

7:55pm Monday 14 April, call, I don't think they left a message, I think my phone was just telling me about the last message that was left on my phone.

I got a call from this number for the first time and the following was the voicemail message:

Good afternoon - my name -, my name is Britney and I'm calling from the Mayo Clinic health information program, I'm calling to follow up on the Health Assessment you had completed on the - my company's name - wellness website. You had indicated that you wanted a call about additional free services related to your assessment. We will attempt to reach you a few more times without leaving additional messages or you can contact us toll free at: 866-834-3483. Thank you and have a great day.

This information is 100% correct, I completed the Health Assessment online and I remember clearly filling out a form and requesting a call about additional free services. I'm considering calling them some time tomorrow just to hear what they have to offer.

Message from Mayo Clinic. Following up on health survey i took at work.

Called me during the day today, I answered, I didn't hear anything on the other end so I hung up on them.

I received a call from this number around 9 am while I was at work.  They left no voice mail.  
I have no health insurance and I haven't contacted Mayo about anything if this is indeed a Mayo number.

Called me at 7:52 pm and when I answered it asked me to hold.  After I held, it asked me to hold again.  I hung up.

I receive over 20 calls a day from this number to my cell phone.  It is always a fax machine trying to send a fax (high pitched beep).  I live on the west coast and it calls me as early as 445 in the morning.  If I don't answer the calls it fills up my voicemail with beeps until my mail box is full (usually only after about 8 calls).  I have nothing to do with the mayo clinic.  I have called them on several occasions and asked for their help to stop the calls but they have not.  This has continued for 2 weeks.  Any help appreciated.

9:47 AM on July 21.  Called my cellphone, hung up after one ring.  No message.

Called no message left by caller. I called back and it was a recording from the Mayo Clinic.

called me twice a minute apart. didnt recognise the number.no message. but mayo seems the common answer and i happened to forget that i had a dentist appointment that day. i got a letter in the mail shortly after.

I was out of the office when they called, and the recorded message was about 30 seconds of music, like when you're on hold.
