It's garbage.  They are trying to make their scam look professional by using letterhead from legitimate sounding businesses.  Taking the paperwork to the Sheriff's Department is about all you can do.

I am the receptionist for a company that receives these calls.  I always tell the callers that other than medical emergency or those calls involving their children, we cannot take personal or business calls for our employees.  Then they say, "it's a medical emergency".  I take the number and tell them I will give it to the employee.  they just keep calling with the same line, and I keep responding with the same line.

I received two calls today from a man with a thick Indian accent saying his name is Derrick.  I asked him where he was calling from, he said from Florida, Law Investigation Department.

I got the same call 2 days in a row a guy with a thick indian voice and told me his name was kevin johnson, com on what indian guy name is kevin johnson. So what should i do?

Ok I have recently been receiving calls from this number. So I called it back and then they tell me the same SAD message. About me owing money and they have all my information. Ok in today's time all of our information can be retrieved. So then he tells me I need to pay them $700, and if not they can see me in court to pay $7000. Ok STUPID jerk get your math correct. He sounded very stupid and I hung up on them. So I played the game back today calling him and giving him 21 questions. I wish I could catch these scammers and put them in jail.

Received a call from a person with a thick accent saying there is a legal lawsuit against me. For none payment of funds to my account.  Researched my bank statements and did not receive any such monies and I told them. they said that there will be an legal officer that will come to my home and business. I will have to go to court unless I settle with them.  This action was sent through a pay day loan.  I told them, to go ahead with the lawsuit but I have the documents that say otherwise. Also they are calling from  another number 1-321-352-3526.  Really would like to catch them. And stop the harassment.  He said his name was Sam Watson. Couldn't understand the company name Financial Action? and Legal Affidivite?  Please stop this SCAM!!!!

received a call from this number also they call my son.  Thick accent  Indian. Saying I owe monies and legal actions will be brought in my name.  Did not authorize any loans!!!!

i got a call from this guy called bob cooper said they had charges against me and they where going to come and arrest me if i didnt give them a bank account number when i called it back it was a recording and no one would answer they are doing this to my wife to i wished it would stop

I got a call from some guy with a middle eastern accent. Saying the authorities are looking for me. Had the last 4 digits of my ss#!!!! Called back the number given and let them have it. Then felt stupid because the poor guy i went off on sounded like he was from here. I was just so enraged!

Person with this phone number is harrassing me at work and also using foul language with my co-workers

receiving calls at work every week from a john smith at law enforcement office.  said good luck and take care.  even calls my cell phone, home phone number but never gives me any information.  said i should have a lawyer.  he even harrasses the girls in the office stating they have their social security number and will come and arrest them.  i will have lawyer call this idiot and all these people who pretend to be someone they aren't,.

This people are Runging Big Scam in india. Even there are calling me every day by the name of Scott Bell, Kevin johnson i even heard the backgroung sound that the call each other by the name of boos. this people had my money more $500.00 to $700.00 and i will take my money back from this [***].

they are using magic jack to call us. and they even have our infromation this people are calling your bank and asking for balance.
by our name then they hit the account. this indian what they think of them self don't know how to speek english. By the name of kevin johnson he dont the english even thow he tell every time where ever he call do you understan, do you understan, do you understan. what understand first we don't understand what he is saying only this i can understand do you understant thats it.

Received a call from this number stating that there was a complaint against me then gave the last 4 digits of my ssn and wanted me to verify.  I wouldn't do it and hung up.  They immediately called me back but I wouldn't answer.  I get this kind of call all the time.  I just check the number on google and find that these are all the same people using different numbers.

I just got several phones calls and messages from these [***] as well. This is a BIG SCAM and they are all not from the US of course! This has been going on for 2 yrs now I have reported this many times. But no action as of yet! These companies sell off your information to diffrent scammers and that is how you get thee phone calls. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY! The call I received was from a Julie Smith.

Got a call from Bob Cooper. I messed up & gave him my card info & he took $100.00 out my account.  Filing a dispute to get my money back. Watch out for a lady name Tracy Smith. These people are ridiculous

i recieved the same call that i have been reading about on this page....man with a very thick indian accent..he called himself "bob cooper" . he told me that there was a lawsuit against me. I had 5 calls all about 5 min apart...not sure what to do about this..
