I did not answer a call to my cell phone from this number at 10:52 AM EST on Monday 12-Mar-2012.  No message left.

EDIT to add- for the call I picked up (360-460-9918) they never did say it was Carnival, so to clarify it may not be them this time- but it did say I won a free cruise, which is when I hung up.

my phone can tell where the call is coming from if its not I'm my contacts. Came from eastern washington. I like in florida and the called at 10am

Received a call from this number about 2 minutes ago (11:38). Didn't take the call, no message was left.

Same as everyone else. Got a call and no VM left. Called back and got a busy signal.

Same thing here. I never had trouble w unwanted phone calls until I got my first Smartphone from ATT last month.  I wonder if downloading apps causes my number to get added to some list ???

I just got the call 3 minutes ago.  Same thing.  Didn't answer.  No vm left. My phone is ghetto, no apps, no internet even.  I got another call an hour or so earlier with the same MO, but a totally different number.

Same thing...called my cell at 10:43 a.m. Central Time - left no message.

I got a call 15 minutes ago. I answered to tell them not to call back and they hung up before I could talk. My phone has no apps, no internet..

Call from this number on my cell. No messaage left. Called the number back and got a recording that the "call could not be completed at this time". Telemarketer?

Just go a call at 12:13 est, didn't pick up since I didn't know the number, one ring and no voice mail!  Tried to call back like another poster and got a 'fast' busy.  hmmm...sounds like a scam to me.

Received  a call from this number at 12:36. When I answered, the caller hung up on me. This is disturbing.
