Multiple calls to a cell phone but no response from caller.

I also received a call from this number at 11:07 am, I did not answer and there was no answer. I have had a problem with someone using my phone number for all of their person things though (bill collectors, insurance, warranties etc.) very annoying, I've had the same number for almost 10 years now!

I have 1 unwanted call and 1 unwanted text (at 2:15am!) from this number.

This number keeps showing up on my cell phone. It is always busy when I try to call it back. After visiting your web site, I now know it is just a telemarketer. I don't know how they got my cell number. I am disabled and have very limited minutes each month on my phone; I only use it for emergencies. This unsolicited number has already cost me some of those valuable minutes. How do I stop them? Can they be sued?

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer. I'm in NC and the call was received at 3:15pm

you can only take matters up legally if you are on a "do not call list". leagally if you are on this list and a telemarketer calls you, you can take them to court because they are essentially "stealing" minutes which have a set monetary value. Just got a call from this number at 2:58 EST, I am on a do not call list so theyre in trouble :)

Called this morning while I was half asleep, I answered and heard it was trying to sell me insurance. I hung up. Called them back and got a busy signal.

Received a call at 2:31pm from 509-209-4393 but they did not leave a message.

Just missed a call from this number. No message left. I use Tracfone.

i just got this call. in wisconsin. no smart phone. havnt signed up for anyhting for years. i coulda upgraded my phone a year ago.

got call on cell ph. no mess. left...call it back and no answer.....put a block on it.....also a call from 514-500-1029    from Canada!!!!!    blocked them TOO  !!!!!!!!!

I just got the call for the first time, and I haven't changed my phone in over a year. Plus, it's not a smart phone.  They started to babble about Health Care & I hung up.  My contact list is filling up with entries I've named:Do Not Answer.

Received at 2:59 PM in the greater Raleigh, NC area today. I did not answer. No message. Blah blah blah.

Probably not the case.....I just received a call from the same number today and I'm on Verizon with an older style LG phone.  Could be a dialer marketing something.

I got this out of state call 5 minutes ago on a cell phone from att (iphone) that seems to get more and more spam calls. no message, no voice when I picked it up. This is illegal for cell phones and SHOULD be stopped but ATT get money from them so it will never stop so long as I use ATT.

Have Sprint service. Got a coall at 3:50 pm CT on 03/12/12
