Recorded message stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  They are calling approximately every 1-2 hours.  There is no way that I can block this call from my phone, which I wish there was.

IRS message. I called back the number left 509-563-4382. The gentleman asked me for my phone number regarding the case and I inquired as to why the IRS was tracking their lawsuits by telephone number. He hung up.

They called us twice today, once early this morning and once at 3:53pm eastern time. The pre-recorded message states that the IRS is filing a suit against us but the number says "Out of Town" and it is not official in any way. A man with an Indian(?) accent answered after it rang 3 times. No switchboard or official prompts in any way. Called them back, told them I knew it was a scam and that I reported it and told them not to call again. I don't know if this will stop the calls but it made me feel better. Jerks,

Same message about the IRS and a lawsuit. Irritating.

Told me I had a warrant out for my arrest. From tax years 2008-2013 section 101. Told I owe $2986.73. Both people had foreign accents. Gave me names of Christine Martin and Officer Max Smith Badge #DB4012. Telling me that if I didn't take care of this I would be arrested. When I said I hurt my back and haven't worked all Summer We got disconnected.

Same thing -- twice today so far.  The IRS is apparently suing me - can hardly wait.

Received 2 voicemails today from this company. Will not be calling them back

I rec'd a call, Caller ID stated from Colville WA, stating they were the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me unless I called 509-563-4382.  I called it back and "Fernando Santiago" answered by stating "IRS." That's it.  So I asked him how I would know this is actually the IRS and he replied that he didn't have to prove himself.  He then said that I was to be arrested by the Sheriff's office within a 1/2 hour and taken to a Federal court. During the call he stated that I had been sent 2 certified letters which I had ignored so I'm obviously evading the government.  He then stated an amount owed and that it could be paid in court or outside the courthouse.  HA!  I knew this was suspicious by the message left on the machine but even more by his answering "IRS" only and the various pauses in the conversation when I challenged him.

I received 2 messages tonight on my voice mail to call this number 509-563-4382 about a lawsuit against me from the IRS.

They called twice  thought it was ok until I thought about it and hung up

The exact same message was left on my answering machine, it stated that I was being sued by IRS.

Numerous robo-calls from this # about a pending lawsuit---even at midnight.  Call the # and they answer IRS-when you dispute who they are they hang up on you.

Received today 9/3/15, in VA...same as above.  Figured it was a scam, but I wanted to see what others might be saying.

Called many times and told them to stop. still calling,told them I know they aren't the IRS, want the calls to stop.

we have a blocked number also but they keep calling.  we can't stop the incoming calls.  we try calling them but
can't.   HELP

Thursday, September 03, 2015 ~ At approximately 1pm & 6pm, I received (2) two unwanted, and very disturbing phone calls from telephone number:  509~563~4382.  The message below accurately describes what was left on my phone for me to listen to, and act upon.  I do not appreciate it, and would like it to stop immediately if not sooner!!

i got the same call today...heavy India-type accent, saying the local law will be sent to my home and pick up my auto, get my drivers license,...da.da.da.

Called back since the message said it was the IRS and they were suing me. The gal I talked to asked what phone number received this message and I asked, how do I know you are the IRS? She promptly disconnected. Annoying.

Played along after calling back...heavy indian accent advising is from internal revenue services ( plural) :). Clearly does not know the law and explained the 'Sheriff is going to get me and throw me in court' for fraudulent taxes etc etc. He hung up after this threat.  Not sure what he gets out of this as i kept asking what does he want and he said the name of my criminal attorney. I said I didn't have one. I was surprised he didn't ask for the requisite scam personal information. Perhaps like the others commented, he knew I recognized he was an idiot after challenging his info and wrapped it up with the sherif bs.
