    Called 1049 am 9/1/15 Tuesday. area code around Spokane, Washington.   "IRS is filing suit.."   Scam. Didn't answer.  Called 9/15/15 831 am Tuesday with same message but another # 312-2620496. Area code around Chicago!!!  Must have lots of numbers or spoofing them all.

    We have received three phone  calls from them  we both are retired are retired,,first call called police ,my husband after getting a few things out of his system ,told them he was calling the police ,said " I'll see you in court. They try to use scare tactics .but they definitely are a scam the phone they are using the same 509-563-4382 .
