Another computer generated voice stating IRS lawsuit. 100% scam. Do not call them back. Do not send them money. They will ask to be paid via Western Union. Do you think the IRS really gets paid using Western Union? Of course not. Western Union is used to send money that cannot be traced or retrieved. If you do call back, they have a very intimidating script that they will try to put the fear of God into you to pay. They will threaten to put a lien on your house. They will threaten to call your employer to garnish your wages. DON'T FALL FOR THIS BS SCAM!!!

I just got one too. Surprised to see the same comments from June of last year.

This auto generated call is a scam claiming to be with the IRS. Unbelievable.

I answered call and it was automated system claiming to be IRS filing a suit against me and to return the call to the number 509-588-7369, the same number that was calling me. I called back, from my "work" phone, they answered Internal Revenue Service and it was a loud background of a call center I could here and I replied to the voice what a joke.  She asked who I was, I said I was returning a missed call.  They inquired did I know why they called and I said no.  She asked to verify my phone number and I refused and as she could barely hear me with the noise in the background of other callers I chose to disconnect. SCAM Confirmed.

Received 2 calls today from 509-588-7369.  One at 10:50am and the other at 1:14.  Same automated message that everyone else has stated above.

i never answers strange # that call me, so i decided  to take this call is was from 509-588-7369, It was a automated system claiming to be IRS so i call then back like you did, the idiot can't even speak english, i didn't understand what he as saying, so i told him to delete my number he said no and he started to laugh so i hang up on him.

I received this call 3 times a day for the last week, today they left a message and I called, it was a very loud call center, they asked who I was (gave them a fake name) and they said they are the IRS filing a lawsuit, and that they could "settle" it. I told the man (foreign ) that I would not, and I would see them in court. He Hung up on me. It's obviously a scam! Also the IRS will notify you by mail, not by phone

I received an automated message this morning claiming the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Called them back and same as above - loud call center, man with heavy accent claiming I needed to pay out of court or would be arrested and pay $75,000. I told him "I know this is a scam, I'm going to report you" and he said very menacingly "[***] you."

I am getting constant calls from this number saying they are with IRS and are filling lawsuits - it is a scam.   I tried calling the number back to see who would pick up but its just a busy signal.

I received this call twice today with messages left about an "IRS" lawsuit too. They called me this morning at 10:57am and again at 3:14pm. I blocked the number.
