Yes, these political scams are mostly republican in nature.  I am currently working a list of the these and all phishing calls to report to my state attorney general.  To submit these reports, they want you to group the numbers into types of calls, ie. surveys, charities, cruises, etc.

510-720-5250 calls at least 4 times per day, everyday, the harrassment is preventing business calls and good faith customers from getting through. Their harrassment is damaging life and liberty. Is there a way to permanently block this phone number?

The phone company's will NOT do anything about these calls because unfortunately, they make money on them! It's all about money, not satisfying honest and law abiding citizens.

Received this call two times this week as well as a few times over the past few months.

I am hitting "1" next time in hopes of getting to a real life person and telling them to take my # off their list.

My dad received a call from this number on March 15. He doesn't use the computer often and didn't realize it could be a scam. A SERIOUS one.
A man asked him to hit the alt key while pressing the A and then attempted to have him go to his task manager, I think. A page came up showing errors and the man asked him to delete them, and my dad couldn't.
He then said for $49.95 he could fix all of the errors and alerts on his computer. My dad was SHOCKED that suddenly the man on the phone was moving his cursor.
He told me about this today and some of the details could be confused but someone on the phone was in control of his computer. He is just lucky that he doesn't use the computer for personal things.
I had to tell someone.

political robocalls......they say, ".....in your state....."  So right away you know it is a generic call from a computer.

also in Wisc. no message from call from Calif.

That's it, I've gotten calls from California & Virginia.  I am NOT going to VOTE!  I don't approve of harassing methods or mud-slinging.  Leave me alone!

They keep calling and no message or pick up.
They call at 1:57 in the morning!!!
This just has to stop.

I live in WI also and I was called on a Sat. They are relentless and I am tired of these scammers calling all day, any day.

This number keeps popping up on my caller ID. I don't answer messages from unknown numbers. Annoying!!

shows unknown name with the phone # on my caller id... when i answered no one said anything and it did not disconnect. i am on a no call list, state and federal and i still get these bogus calls! i am also in wisconsin and think that they target state to state... what good are the no call lists if they don't have to comply?

Just received the call (I'm in WI) with the caller ID saying "California."  No message left.

Just got a call from them. Caller ID said California 510-720-5250. No message. I don't pick up any call from a number that I don't recognize so give it up!!!!!
