Keeps calling me to say I will be picked up from my job for bank fraud.  What are these people about!

they r not a collection agency they r a firm!!! whatever they want they called me too but my dad is a paralegal and called them back 4 me and settled w them so they wdnt press charges on me. my dad checked them out they r legit!

You know the drill: Report them to the FTC and your State's attorney general's office if they call and claim you have committed bank fraud or threaten arrest, as the collection of debts is a civil and NOT a criminal matter.

I just got another a call from these fools....and I'm not even from the state of Texas.  Never ever been to the state of texas....and they didn't even say my name.  I called them back after they threatened to take me to jail and tell my employer that I would be locked up within the next 10 days and extradited to Austin, TX. (I don't even have a job).

i just got the sam call and now she is harrasing my family also on ther web site no one is there to answer the phone
