How can I go down in person if I do not have an address????????

I recieved a phone call from Joe Bailey 512-400-2637 and may others. They provide very little information other than I am going to jail for a debt. I have asked who I owe, when I borrowed etc.. They just want to be paid or they call you repeatedly at work and demand to speak with your manager. How do you stop the harrassment or get real information that you need to take care of any debts?  How do I report the harrassment?

If you were served then provide the "firms" name and phone numbers so we can get things worked out in a professional manner.

Mr. Bailey has struck again. He called me and said we were listed as emergency contacts for my husbands ex wife's new husband. Ha ha. We don't even speak so I know that this is a scam. They wouldn't put us down as emergency contacts for anything. Please be careful if this number calls you.  Told us we needed to contact my husband ex wife's new husband immediately because if not he was going to jail on a felony warrant. I told him that's great out him in jail I could care less. Very rude gentleman. If you call the number back they answer "processing"

Your full of crap they just called me yesterday and now the name is mr Watson from the same number . And Eugene smith what a coincidence Stacy smith !!! Lol y'all are pathetic ....

I received numerous phone calls at work harassing me, my coworkers and managers from this number today. The extremely rude man who stated his name as Gene Smith said he was from Capital Compliance Processing out of Austin TX and it was a law firm hired to get me to pay a ridiculously old CheckNGo loan from years ago. He proceeded to relay to me that if I didnt pay 818.20 today by 12:05 pm today the the sheriff would come to my job and arrest me for a warrant having to do with the check that was used for the loan. I didn't buy it and tried to get info out of him but the more I asked him questions he began to get louder and disrespectful. He wanted me to go to CVS or WalMart and use Moneygram or Western Union to pay off the alleged debt so that I would not face felony charges. I told him I would do it so I left work called the sheriff office and found out that this was not at all true! IT IS A SCAM!!!! Do not let this jerk deceive you because honestly he is a good scam artist and had me riled up for a second. When I called him back I told him I would not be paying him but I would be reporting him to the FTC, BBB, and my State Attorney Generals office for violating third party disclosure as well as for violating FDCPA!!! He said enjoy jail screw you scumbag and then hung up on me!!!      

They've been calling me for three years. I have told them over n over that person does not live here. They told me that they were sending the police to search my house and take us to jail.they couldnt even pronounce the name they were looking for..very rude, and disrespectful. They said they were invest tigators, and my number was left for an emergency number  They also said they want money asap.they try to over talk you and then hang up the phone. Try to call back, no answer.they said they have a warrant for her arrest, and the prosecutor has already been notified. If its any attorneys out there that handle crazy people cases like this, please get in touch with me. This people need to be shut down, but not before they pay for the harassment they cause to us. They need to go to jail. Wonder how they would feel.?

I have been receiving rude n disrespectful phone calls from this number for three years. They have been asking for a name that doesn't reside at this address. The name of the person that they are calling about, they cant even pronounce their name. Got a call on June 22nd, saying that they are sending Canton police to my home because the person they are looking for owe them money, and if they dont have the money, everyone will go to jail, and they will be arrested today.  When I tried to talk to her she, (victoria) she said have a nice day, good luck, and hung up the phone. Tried to call back but I couldn't get anyone. The number wouldn't go through. Dont know who these people are, but they need to stop this mess right now. They need to pay me for taking me through this for three years. This is straight up harassment. Ulcers r really bad do to this harassment. If any attorneys are out there, please give me a call.

A bogus call saying that I was an emergency contact to my husband and now they're calling our whole family saying it's an emergency that they have to get a hold of him or he's going to go to jail and they want money. It's a fraud they're not real they won't give you their own company name and they're very rude and mean on the phone what are we supposed to do with this?

And what we can do about this?

If you get a call from 512-400-2637 from Buddha Texas it's a fraud block them.
They will call your whole family telling them that you are there emergency contact and that if you don't give them away to get a hold of a certain person, because they have a warrant and is going to go to jail.
If I knew a way to report them or to get this look at I would do so if anybody out there knows the way of doing something about this put it on the board because they will end up calling your whole family how they're getting the numbers I don't know.
If you look up Mr. Bailey on Facebook which is the name they give it's a rabbit.

Just got a call from this number.  According to the voicemail, "Sarah Williams" is looking for "Jermaine West" (who I've never heard of), to tell him about a formal complaint that has been filed against him, and he needs to call her back immediately.

I did not get a direct call they call people that I have not seen in over 5 years.  Threating that I was going to jail.  I called the number back and was transfer to the processing dept.  She said that there was a Olympic Savings Bank that was after me with a warrant for a check.  I have never heard of this bank at all. I have tried to find info on this "bank" and there is nothing that is showing that it is a active bank.  I ask Atlas to email me in info cause I had no idea who they are and I am yet to get the email.
I have no idea what is going on. Anyone got any ideas or answers?

I got the email but it has nothing on it about a bank and it is showing a Bahama Marketing Group...I HAVE NO CLUE WHO THIS IS!!!  I requested more information.

A guy (never leaves a name) but same guy, calls form 512-960-2982, at 20 times a day, cursing saying I or my husband will be arrested and to call him regarding a name we have no idea who he is taking about.  (He leaves different names).  He wont explain nothing unless you give him personal information. He is rude and he calls constantly at all hours of the night.  He leaves the number 512 960 2982, and when you call it, he (the same guy) says "processing" but won't give any information about who he works for.  He said we have a warrant and we need to turn ourselves in.  I am a law-abiding professional citizen that does not deserve this abuse.  I'm on the do not call list and have no outstanding debt.  I googled this number and this guy is terrorizing the county.  Please help stop this guy before he get an elderly person to believe him and sign their life savings to this guy.  Maybe everyone should call this guy back 20 times a day.. give him a taste of his own medicine!

Harassing phone call from a debt collector.

My dad who is 83 and living in Olympia, Washington received a phone call from 512-640-3453 from a guy looking for me. My dad call my sister who then called me to tell me that there is felony warrant for my arrest. I called my dad to tell him that I used his name as an emergency contact which was a lie along with telling him that the only three online colleges I have been enrolled in are Colorado Technical University which I graduated from. Walden University who administratively withdrew me because of my gpa. I am now enrolled in Capella. The guy told my dad he is from a law firm out of Illinois. When I did a search on the internet using the phone number that my dad gave me I found out that the company is in Austin not in Illinois. I told my dad if they call him again to immediately call me.
