Had my bank information. Say they were from Federal grant Department with $9000 grant.

Called and said they wanted my bank info to deposit grant money $9000

Total scam.  There is no grant,  iF THEY have your banking information, go to the bank quicktime and change out your account numbers.  Now!

It is a scam. Want you to get money sent to them by money gram so they can't get into trouble. Do NOT give money to anyone! Bank account is ost likely safe since it is federally protected by Visa or Mastercard. Keep a close eye on your bank statements. Said will put goverment grant of 9000 dollars in bank account. FRAUD

Angila jones scam

I got a all today saying a got a grant for $9000 and that I had to pay $250 western union before I can recieve the money ...this is the #they called me from 512-788-9119 the lady name is Angela jones with poor English .good thing I checked here first

The mere mention of a cash wire transfer service, or a prepaid credit card guarantees a 100% scam. A cash wire transfer service (Western Union Money Gram, etc.) are NEVER to be used for a business transaction, internet purchase, or where you do not personally know the receiver of the money. NO real business uses these forms of payment. It is CASH, untraceable cash that can be picked up anywhere in the world. Say. . . that internet cafe in Lagos, Nigeria.

These idiots called my sister saying exactly what other have posted here just a few hours ago.  This number will change to another but the scam will continue finding weak individuals.  Glad she called me to verify.  Please people, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.  Period.  And if someone randomly calls you whom you've never provided info to, hang up on them.

Jeeeeeeeh,,, Tell me about it, Damn,  I don't even trust my own Government when it comes to free money. That Angela Jones thing also called me like twenty minutes ago saying that I was given $900k for being a good citizen with no criminal records ( WTF?). When she ask me about my Credit or debit information, I told myself "WTF, like really.. WTF?" then I told  her to send me a check and I don't care how long it takes for me to get it.  She keep insisting then hang up. I called her later (knowing it was a fraud)  and told her that my number was 0000-0000-0000-0000 and the expiration  date was  FK you-1567 ( MM-YYY.). that thing was messing with the wrong guy here.Too good to be true... Government giving free money? jee EEE E not even  to save someone that is  being eaten by snakes and spiders.
