Very suspicious call.

Guy called, didn't ID himself or his company, then started asking questions about property evaluations. He didn't have a contact name, and refused to take the e-mail address I provided (we do this all the time, usually, if someone has legitimate business, they send an e-mail, and I send it on the the appropriate person, and they return the call.) and got fairly argumentative. He then said the magic phrase that ALWAYS smells of trouble. "Well, this is for something that has to go out today."

Hung up on me when i wouldn't give him my name.
