My calls are coming from this # for Either Maurices (clothing store credit card) or Old Navy accounts. They call me several times per day EVERYDAY 7 days a week starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. They use multiple numbers so that they can call multiple times per day. Occasionally they leave a msg to call back "Gen Pac Services" Going to see bankruptcy lawyer in 4 days and hoping he can stop all of this. Ive been advised not to pay them anything untill I see the lawyer.

What irritates me is that I DON'T owe anybody anything. I don't have a GE PayPal Credit Card and never have had. I have never been late with payments to the company's I do have accounts with.  So why they are calling me is a total mystery. I did just call the number back and spoke with a guy named Justin (also with an Indian accent).  I told him they had better check their information and stop harassing me. He claimed I should be receiving statements in the mail which I most definately have not.  What worries me is what if this is a case of identity fraud.

Why do you care what he has to say?

They called saying they are with serenity bank.  I called amazon. ..3 way call. Amazon rep told her to get off phone. ..The fake one from serinity. Amazon said she's a scam from india. They made 2 reports on 2 different numbers they used claiming to be amazon.
