The whole thing is an obvious scam, bogus web site written by someone from another country with poor grammar and spelling and bogus magic jack telephone calls from India.

This number called me told me a date I supposedly got a online payday loan, and what bank, well I am getting a lawyer I tell him because I have never banked with this bank and he threatens me and tells me that I will go to jail in 24hrs if I don't pay it. I said bring them on, and by the way I will be giving all info to police

they said they was from Gibson and Carter and the online loan company they said I got loan from was D 1 Y Direct, I tried to look it up online and there is not a such! Loan from 2006! WHATEVER!

The only reason this Mark Chang is on here saying the real site is being scammed is because The site is a scam.  I sent a complaint in to my AG. Think this bunch may be on the run.

Same thing happened to me. Said I owed 1170 from a cash advance loan from 2007. Richard Smith was his name from Check Investigative Services. He really scared me telling me that I was going to have a warrent out for my arrest if I didn't pay him. I was on the phone for over a half an hour and things that he was saying started to not add up. DON'T GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!!! Total scam. Contact local police and your state attorney general!

Same thing happened to me, I told him this was a scam he told ask me if I had a denfense attorney, I told hell yes I did to sue his ass. I told him I wasn't given him a f@#$ dime and he could go to hell. I hung up and called my local police department. It is a big scam dont give any money...They tried to tell me I done  a pay day loan with this one company from 2006. He knew all my information, when I went to ask him for paper work he told me I needed to give him my banking information that there is no paper work.

This man Richard Smith contacted family member upnorth and asked them if they knew me and they told him no, he then told my mom that he was going to issue a warrant for my arrest because of fraudulent activity.  I called this number back and he answers the phone Richard Smiths office, I asked him why he was calling up people and threatening to issue a warrant out for my arrest?  He said because you are being investigated for fraudulent activity, I told him he was full of crap and he said he wasnt gonna argue with me.

I got called from this [***] also, only when my call failed while I was on the phone with him, he called back and spoke to one of my co-workers and disclosed information to him... inaccurate as it was, he violated fair collections act, and because I was a debt collector at one time I know the correct people to report this person to. What this person is doing is a felony and will be prosecuted.. this person has also claimed his name is David Smith at other times.

He can't be prosecuted if he is in India. Not much you can do but hope you get off their dialing list. The government can't or will not do anything for us.

The website is diabled and the post office states no such address. They are getting good that they even have a BBB listing and a superpages listing. They are listed as private investigators. I am from the Cincy area and the one guys said he was working for Dalton.. well where they are supposedly located is near Dalton Ave. Close to the main post office in Cincy..

I called the number back. Got a gentleman that wanted to go over the notices I received on my gas bill to lower my rates.. when I told him that we were all electric, he very nicely told me he would remove my number but it would take 30 days to take effect. He did ask for my info and I just simply stated that we are all electric.

Heres what you do when they call, you let them talk and then when they ask for money ( such as cc info) you say hold on let me get my cc. You wait a few, then say ok I got my cc can you hear me. Then when you know they are really listening to take down your cc info you take a blowhorn (can of air horn, very loud, can get them at any walmart by the boat supplies) then you blow the [***] out of their head (ears). When this is over not only will they be deaf they will not be calling anyone else for awhile Ha!! Ha!! Using a airhorn seem to stop these calls more then asking them to not call!!!

I got a call from this company too.  I thought it was odd how they called my cell and not my home.  Also, everything is in my husband's name.  He said that the IRS is investigating criminal activity from me.  Sounded legit but the accent was too thick and it didn't smell right.  GLAD I found this site.  Wait until they call me again!

I just received a call from "Michael" who tried to pull the same thing on me as they did to WTF. I was told to call Brian Jackson who is a criminal tax attorney.  Seems funny that earlier today I received a call from Paul White at 914-363-4706 claiming to be from the New York Police Dept and that a warrant for my arrest had been issued. I live in Michigan. Called my local PD who said it was a scam. I'll admit they sure know how to scare a person.  [***]!
