This is indeed a research call from MRSI.  They left no message so I called them back and only got a recorded message with no opportunity to remove my number.  They claim that because they are not selling anything, but doing research, the "DO NOT CALL" law does not apply.  However, to get removed from their list, they request that you email them at donotcall@mrsi.com and they will remove your phone number in about 30 days, but then they will have your email address!!  You can also write them (an address is provided), but who in the hell has the time to go through all this.  Best to add & renew this number on your call block list and/or ignore their calls.

You need to send to donotcall@mrsi.com and request your number to be removed, and it will take up to 30 days for them to remove you from their calling list. MRSI claims being they are market research company they don't apply to the do not call list.  This is the only way they will take your number off their calling data base info, or so I was told.  I have a unlisted and unpublished number and on the do not call list and still they call me.

They called me tonite.. Could not pronounce my name correctly. I told them there was no one there by that name and not to call the number they have again...She kept on talking so I hung up on here.. I dont need calls like that and even know my name.. Except for not pronouncing it right..

I am getting calls from this # several times a day. We do not answer,and they do not leave a message. I am registered on the Do Not Call list, and my # is also unlisted and unpublished for this reason.. We can't stand getting calls from telemarketers.hopefully if we refuse to answer, they will give up....?

These dorks call twice a day when I am working.  I can't even answer and tell them to get bent.

Why are you tormenting us with your stupid hangup calls?.  We have never contacted you or anyone relating to you or your business but we keep getting these calls several times a day and when my husband answers it is always a buzzing sound.  No one ever talks.  Why on earth would we want anything to do with you here in MT?  My husband is too old to have to try to catch the calls you make at 90 but he is afraid it might be one of the kids calling for help so answers.  Caller ID lists you as MRSI with the phone # 513-562-1300.  There is no reason you should have our number or be calling us so QUIT.

I called the number & got a recording saying that I should email them to be removed from their list.  The email address that they gave was donotcall@mrsi.com.  I'm going to try it & I will keep records & if they don't take it off then they will be reported.  In the meantime they will not be answered when they call. Creeps!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number and no one answers.

I used the Emergency number 513-579-1555 and got to MRSI. It was after hours and a robo call system allowed me to leave a message but option number 4 said I would be directed to a call center. I hit 4 and a very surprised young lady answered. She asked if she could help, I asked for a Manager, I got Valerie who was very polite. Long story shortened she promised to halt the calls that violated the do not call list. We will see how that goes.

YOU CAN GET TO THEM AND THEY APPEAR TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS. TRY THE NUMBER BEFORE THEY STOP ANSWERING.

Just received a call from this number and I told him that I was on the do not call list. He said that it did not apply to what he was calling about since it was a survey. Is that true?

Thanks Sandy,the call center selection worked.I got 8 calls in 4 days that interupted me.These people apparently are void of common courtesy until they are confronted

Based on the previous entries, I will do everything I can to waste as much of the caller's time as I can if they should call when I can answer the phone. Once people start wasting their time by stalling, asking them to hold while I answer the door, etc etc. They will decide it's nor a good idea to call.

what good is the do not call list ? if company like this one can use a survey to get around the list . this is why i got on the do not call list , we should complain to the do not call people about this type of call also about the potical calls
