MRSI calls me constantly and there's never anyone on the other side. They claim to be a BBB accredited agency. If you want to effectively have your number removed, File a complaint with the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau. Your complaint will become public record (Phone numbers will be obscured for your privacy) against the company.

Don't give up the fight against MRSI ( Marketing Research Services Inc.)
Telemarketers or Opinion Researgh people, they are harassing individual
households by not giving their victims a chance to remove  one's number
from their calling list by use of the phone.

I e-mailed Todd Earhart and he replied to me to "send request to donotcall@mrsi.com.  Sending to me does not remove you from our list."

Again,again and over again ,I will keep on posting this:-
1. It makes no sense to send them an E-Mail., either to any Todd Earhart or to MRSI.
2. It makes no sense TO KEEP POSTING YOUR COMPLAINTS HERE.
3. What you really should do is to agitate & activate the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau
   who have MRSI as one of their members. Ask the BBB what part of "Better Business"
   has MRSI failed to understand ?

To Who It may Concern.
I don't know why you think your so special to harass people with your phone calls.The DO NOT CALL LIST was made and put into affect  for people who don't like people like you to call them.And when you do harass people, your employees should be able to answer when the person they are annoying says hello after the first time and not have to say hello for 6  freaking times, before your employees who are to busy stuffing their faces to answer back.I'm not giving you my number for the pure reason,you call me again I will file a report against the company.plain and simple.You are no better then people calling to sell [***].

Why does he say "OUR LIST" ?-- He's clearly accepting responsibility thru that statement.
He's the DRIVER of the OUTRAGE which his company has become.
If a gang of bank-robbers robs a bank, and gets away in a getaway car, is the driver of the getaway car innocent of the crime, just because he has a driver's licence after all ?

Seems everybody keeps missing the point here .

As with most other posters , the bottom line is the time and effort to answer the phone only to discover it was a big waste of time .

Some poster thinking they are helping by suggesting people WASTE more time by calling and e-mailing these scofflaws to make them stop .

I already hate wasting time with these phone sammers .

I hate wasting more time trying to get them to stop only to have another scammer crop up .

So , phone scammers are people and we really need to expose them in public , everywhere .

It is not a big mystery , SOMEBODY knows where these places are , who works there and where they live , where they bank , where they shop , where they play ect...

Expose that information and I'm sure somebody will follow thru and confront one of them jerks .

I sure would like to know , and maybe take a little trip ......

Nobody is missing the point here. The point is that we should take action ourselves because we can't depend on the FTC or BBB or the PERPETRATOR to stop this for OUR relief. But we have to act within the law. The reason why these people still exist is because it is against the law to attack them physically.
MRSI is harassing us under cover of the constitutional guarantee of freedom of speech, although it is morally repugnant that they disturb people like me who are senior citizens on medication and need rest for the medication to take effect . They have injured me in my High-blood-pressure treatment, and they are morally decadent and will do whatever they want to do AS LONG AS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.

We have been receiving calls from this number, two to three every evening for about a month. We never pick up the call because we have caller ID and don't know any company with the initials MRSI. They never leave a message and we're getting very annoyed. We will try emailing first and then the call center number.

That's good. Keep them very busy listening to our curses. They are persons of extremely low morals and civic sense, the VERY BOTTOM SCUM of the human race.

This company is calling our unlisted, "do not call" list private number. On a Sunday afternoon. They are breaking laws and harassing folks with these calls, as I am aquainted with several other people in my circles and family who are struggling with this nuisance.

I called their 513-579-1555 number and pressed 4 to be connected to their call center. I told them I wanted to be taken off their call list and the rep just asked for my number and said OK. I told them I was on the Do Not Call Registry and that the next time I received a call from them (I've gotten at least one a day for a week), I'd report them to the FTC. She said that they don't use the DNC list because they are a marketing firm-- they're not selling anything. Since tonight was the first time I picked up one of their calls (I saw OHIO and ignored the others), I don't know what kind of "research" they're doing, but my guess is they've found some kind of a loophole to sell things. She supposedly took me off of their list.
