Just called my land-line at 5:16PM.  Caller ID said Milford, OH.  Hung up after second ring.  No message.  Another call from 608-371-6666 immediately after that.  Caller ID said 16083716666.  A voicemail was left but no message.  Adding both of these to my BLOCKED list.

Said my name 3 Times, said telemarketer and had questions about my insurance. Said no thank you and hung up.

rep who called said they were from United Health Care "taking a survey" They were fishing for identity information

I keep getting calls from this telemarketing company and I am not interested in whatever it is they're offering

Missed call, no message

3rd call, 3 days in a row. Time - after 8:25pm. I do not answer unknown callers. They do not leave a message. The United States does not respect people's privacy with our phone numbers anymore. It is a shame we have to be annoyed every day with scam callers and supposedly legit telemarketers. If we want something to do with sales, we should have the choice to call THEM.

Funny they knew my name

I have AT&T Wireless - I get Call Protect for free from AT&T.  They have blocked I don't know how many calls from this number as "Potential Fraud Call" over the past couple of weeks.  That is - they block the call before it even rings on my iPhone.  I just looked it up and they've blocked 14 so far today, 14 yesterday.  Good grief - that's ridiculous even for a supposed survey call!

Called at 5:15pm.
Left no message.

Called my cell at 3:51pm. Picked up the call and answer with my name, but caller hang up without saying anything. Blocked the caller.

I received a call this morning from this number (513-576-5781) at 10:29am. I did not pick up the phone but saw it on my ID caller, I did not receive any messages from them. I would call this spam -- Marketing Survey!! I am on the do not call list and they have no right calling me without asking me any information or giving me any feed back.

Called during Sunday dinner, no caller ID and from across the country, so I blocked the number without answering.

Caller didn't leave a msg. I called back (turned off caller ID)...it's some health marketing/survey program. No thanks!

Called for a survey from my health insurance company. They call once or twice a day.

One call, no answer, no message. Google Voice flagged it as spam. A lot of people here say it was a survey about health insurance/service. Last month I was in the hospital and, in follow up, I've done a lot of work with a number of medical providers, so it could well have been a survey about some portion of my recent medical services.

They had my name. Supposedly this is a pharmaceutical company (drug pushers) calling to do a "survey".
