This number has called me 4x this week! And several times in August and daily in December. Never leaves a message. I've reported the number to the do not call registry but the calls continue :(

Called having me do a survey for optimumrx and my services. Sounded real nice but i called my service provider and they didnt say it was them.

Do not participate in this crap.

This is from a company masquerading as a firm that takes "surveys"; what it is actually doing is operating as data collection and marketing firm, which is another way of saying aggregated social engineering and citizen surveillance services.

Called my wife’s phone and asked for me without identifying the caller.  We hung up.  Definitely a scammer

health wellness survey concerning health program I recently participated with, I don't think so, anyway I called back based on remarks left on this site, and the option to not participate, you must leave your phone number.

This is not Burke Research, just a scam using their number

They asking for my child when I asked to take a message they just wanted to know a better time to call my chiil at. Told him I wasn't sure them asked if i could help.  Was told no it was just a survey to see how happy he was with his health insurance told the guy on the subscriber on it and he said that doesn't matter we need his opinion and then demanded a better time to call back or another number for him not giving anybody another number to reach my child at especially if they cannot give me any more information than his name. Couldn't even tell me what health insurance he has

my at&t call protect blocked this number who attempted to call 7 times in a minute. They label it Potential fraud. good enough for me

Called; rang once and hung up. By the other reports here, clearly a scam attempt.

Called around 7:40 pm and didn't le a message

Called 7/24, 7/27 and today.  Did not answer.  They did not leave a message.

Rang once and they hung up.

Persistent little buggers. Received multiple calls in the past few days. Reading the comments here, it sounds like it's my insurance company wanting to know how happy I am with their coverage?  That's way too funny...... Yeah, I'm thrilled that I pay an arm and a leg and they keep raising my premium and lowering my coverage.

Has called every day around 6 pm for the last 3 days--never leaves a message and just appears as "out of area" on caller ID. The Do Not Call list is completely ineffectual, isn't it?

Got another call from this number.  I blocked this number.

They called my direct work phone number which I do not give out to anyone.  I do not know how they got my direct work phone number and that is a bit disturbing and they also referenced my full name. I told them I do not take personal calls at work.
