They called me today using my full name and asking me to do a 10 minute survey.  I said for them to call back tomorrow.  I'm going to try to block the number,

Called 14 times in one day...no message

Constantly get calls from this number. They never leave a message. .

Rec'd 2 calls. . . .10/22 @ 6:33pm & 10/24 @ 7:27pm.  CID: Milford, OH; left no message.

Caller ID says "Milford OH." I didn't answer; caller didn't leave a message. Must not have been very important.

Turned this phone on 2 days ago after being off for 2 YEARS. These bottom feeders called today---did not answer.

While this telephone number may very well belong to a legitimate organization conducting a survey on behalf of their client, said client is in serious violation of my HIPPA rights by relinquishing my name and telephone number to ANYONE.  I recorded this call and will furnish it to my attorney who is representing me in an existing action against this client.

I can see that you have absolutely no concept of what HIPAA covers.

They called me stating it was a health and wellness survey. The thing is they called my clinic landline (work) asking for me. They were posing as my health insurance. Bunch of trolls. Once I told him that he hung up LOL

Saturday afternoon at 2:00!

I use CPR 5000 call blocker and can block area codes as well as regular numbers. It works flawlessly. As soon as I can afford to get the new blocker they have out, it is has white list option. I will be able to block every area code from 1 to 999 and add my white list as I go. I believe it will hold up to 2500 numbers. Works on land line only.

I answer these types of calls, then I hang up right away, then I block them so they can't call back, and then they can't leave a message either!!  ha hahhahhhahh!

Why waste your time answering the calls? Just ignore it then block the number.

Called 11am on a Saturday to say they were collecting information about my insurance plans.  I said not interested, hung up and blocked the number

Same here called at 8pm no message left

Called yesterday said they were taking a survey.  I told them I'm wasn't interested and hung up.  They called back again today, I did not answer, they did not leave a message.
