    Express Scripts owns Medco, so that is why this number shows Medco's name. I use Express Scripts and have been called by this number correctly. It's not a hack or a scam. If they call you and you don't use Express Scripts then they may have dialed your number in error or your insurance is requiring you do use them for  your scripts, like ours does.
