Received call from 514-447-8035 minutes ago. No one spoke. So I hung up.

I got the call on July 20 at 2:06 PM.
I live close from Montreal.

Personally, I intend to ewither phone or email every time I get one of these scamnmers calls.
That is the only way these telephone resellers are going to deal with the problem.
Everyone posting here - the scammers aren't interested in your comments - they don't care.
Make the oiwners of the excahnge care, contact them for EVERY BS call you get, and complain.
Iam also complaining about the extra costs on my phone bill for call blocking - because of fibernetics' clients BS calls

same thing happen to me

7:30 pm July 23rd I received the same call in BC.  No one answered when I said "hello".  I get calls like this on a daily basis lately and it's quite annoying

I just got a Phone call from this same number, BBut they call from different numbers too, Like 000-000-0000 and now this one, it happens a few times a day, its really annoying, I probably a scam!! to get your personal information.... just hang up

Got acall this morning nobody  on the phone.I called back this number  and it said''time is over for the survey'',I don't understand,I'm on the Canada no-calls list.

I am in Nova Scotia and have been getting calls from this number.  I don't even bother to answer and let the calls go to voicemail.  Thanks to you all for the information on the scam.

This number keeps calling my home phone. Message left says it is a survey.

I have been getting 3 calls a day from either this number or 514 447 3104 or 514 447 8035 or 5114 447 8034.  They have woken me up early in the morning twice this week and continue to harrass me throughout the day.  When I did stay on the line to try to find out who was behind it, the survey was all computerized.  I just kept slamming the buttons on my phone and after about 5 seconds, the computer informed me that I had successfully completed the survey and to stay on line to collect my free cruise, but nothing happened.  This is driving me nuts.   I sent them a text message threatening harrassment charges, but they still called me twice today.

Now British Columbia seems fertile ground.
I live in Vancouver and received a call at 2:45 p.m. ish today on my cell.  

Last night two calls from 1778 785 6188 after 9:00 p.m. I never answer calls from numbers I am unfamiliar with but re-dialed the number and heard a voice message - young woman - stating the call was from a survey company bla bla, I hung up.

Je viens de recevoir cet appel le 17Aout 2012 en soirée .Ils ont frappé mon répondeur , aucun message. Je suis abonné avec vidéotron.C'est concours stupide ,nous ont racrochent.  IRLANDE QUÉBEC.

Automated caller "Roberta", claims to offer a cruise vacation simply for taking their survey.  I hung up before she finished her spiel.

Received a call from 514-447-8035 at noon on Aug 20, 2012 at my home in Surrey BC.  I told the female caller that I am on the Canadian 'National Do-Not-Call List' and asked why she was calling me.  I am contacting the CRTC (www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-eng) to file a formal complaint.

Scam spam. Scum.   I have been called twice so far today.  (Area code 604 BC)
