I just got a call from 5144478035. when I picked up, it was hung up from the other end.
I am glad I check on Google.E6

Received a call at 8:04 p.m. (Ottawa) - recorded message from "Roberta" of "Constant Survey Network".

I promptly hung up.

The caller ID is useless as it only gives you the number calling with no name.

didn't answer as know it is a scam but how do you stop the calls from coming in?

Answered after 2nd ring -- no response, line silent.  Hung up.

I'm getting tired of the automated messages for surveys calling our business phone. So tired of Roberta....if only she were a real person I'd tell her where to stick that survey! Almost wonder if that was what happend...noticed that we receieved calls asking to speak to our Owner and they were clearly trying to sell something but never said their name or where they were from and I did tell them we weren't intrested...all prior to these calls starting...coincidence?

Also, the company Constant Survey Network that Roberta mentions in her win a free cruise spew can't be found on the internet...so I doubt that is the real company name that they give...otherwise we could all report them to the BBB or DNCL people or just plain sue them for harrassment!

i live in gatineau, qc... juste received the call at 5;43 pm, and no one on the line...they i hung up before i got time to pick up.....bunch of loosers!!!

Have been receiving calls from this number for days now - probably 4-5 times a day... I have 6 rings before my answering machine kicks in - and they always hang up after the 4th ring.  I too am on the "do not call list"!  Frustrating!  Am considering contacting the CRTC - but what can they do??

We just got a call from this number.  I let it go as I didn't recognize the area code.  I am on a no call list with the government.  Is there anyway that I can get them from stop calling?  I have had a cruise message before (not certain it's the same number though).

Just an FYI, Telus offers a Call Block service and another service that prevents most "unidentified" or hidden numbers from contacting you unless they type in their real phone number. Now, when one of these scam surveys calls, I just dial *60 and block the last number called. You can undo it any time. My phone is blissfully  quiet.

It got so bad I was getting spammed 5-6 times a day from these yahoos.

On Telus it's called Call Screen and Caller Reveal. There are some other privacy options as well.

Yes you can, most phone companies have call screening features that let you block calls from certain numbers. Just ask your provider, it's saved me a lot of pent up rage towards my phone!

Yes, they do and should get this horrible awfull and most often fateful disease for what these bottom feeder sperpetrate daily. Most are not stupid enough to fall for this scam. It's just that .005% of brain dead dumb [***] that exist with credit cards that keep these motherless soon to be incarcerated sub smegma species of unwanted origin calling us. Don't answer any long distance caller. IF they know you or it's legit, they will leave a message.

Constant Survey Network is the new name for Independant Survey Group and Political Opinions (of America).  People were starting to catch on to the company names that screamed scam, so they changed it to try to get more people that might not be aware of the previous two names.

This is a pure scam designed to get credit card numbers to pay for "port fees" for a fake cruise.  They use the "survey" to get around the rules for the Do Not Call Registry.  The survey is also fake, its data probably never collected.

We've been getting these automated survey calls for months. They do give an option to press 9 to be removed from the call list which has never seemed to work.

I wanted to give a Heads up!*****I've pressed 9 before when prompted to be removed MANY times and it's like the automessage doesn't accept it. Today I pressed 9, then I waited...and then I pressed 9 again and go figure an automated voice came on and said something like "Your request has been received you will be removed from our call list." So it seems this stupid auto-message accepts it if you press 9 more than once, but if you only press 9 one time it won't accept it.*****

I am from Montréal and when I pick up the phone the guy was unable to clearly exprime himself, so I ask him from where he called he told me from the Canadian Blindness Institution, I say ok than he hung up...
