Keep getting these calls from this number. 514 800 9999. no name.....just let it ring....keeps happening  daily  I am on the do not call list........does not seem to matter

Calls repeatedly - several per day.  Never anyone there when call is answered.

Rachel from Credit Card Services has moved from Oregan to Quebec provence to skirt US Do Not Call requirements. Very French accented person trying to sell me on refinancing my credit card debt...that I do not have...SCAM SCAM for sure from phone number 514-800-9999

Who is this scum?  Press 3 to stop calls (HA!!!!), press 1 to try and talk to an agent that will just hang up on you.

Calling daily now - pressing 3 does nothing.  Next time calls will press to talk to rep and have lots and lots of questions and take a lot of time.

I got a call from this number saying Quebec on the id. I did not answer. It stopped ringing after three rings. Since I see this is a scam by terrorists to steal others identity by getting CC info, I know not to answer these scam calls or have fun with them if I do answer. I do not have a CC so they would be SOL here. The "Rachel" is known as a fake name by these crooks. This fake name has been on the internet for some years as a scam. One way to get the scammers is to give them a fake CC number. A friend of mine did this and they got arrested as soon as they attempted to use the number. That incident was on the internet. That is how I found out the scammers got caught. Fake numbers are rare to use.

Received a call and no message was left.

First call today from this number, about 10 minutes ago.  Recorded.  Rachel from Cardholder Services.  Same spiel as others have mentioned.  Caller I.D. showed Quebec call.  We only have one major credit card and only two store cards.  If it isn't from one of them, I'm not interested.  I hate that no one can stop these nuisance calls.  Usually I don't answer but I thought I'd give them a blast -- thought surely it was the one from the Indian/Pakistani that tells me I have computer problems.  Right.  So I tell them what I think and hang up before they have a chance to keep talking.  Someone somewhere should be able to stop these nuts.

This number has called numerous times but they don't listen when told we are on the local & national
no call list.  Just keep calling!

Calling 3/4 times daily newsence to lower interest on credit cards

the phone number was the same... the identifying logo simply said, Montreal...

Called my cell phone and I am on the do not call list!  They hung up before I could answer.

Yes, I have received a call from this number. I did not answer. I do not answer unknown calls, I do have an answwering machine and no message left.

U-Verse customers can block this number to their home phone from the website.
Blocked thru Verizon as well.

This is an unwanted solicitation for lower interest rates. called my cell phone. I"ve put my cell number on the Do Not Call registry but keep getting calls!

Yep, I've been among the rest of you with this nonsense.  Fortunately my telephone has a block number function, so every time they switch to a new number and name, I just block the number.  After that, the phone only rings once, disconnects and we're done and done.  Still a nuisance to have the phone ring that one time, but at least it can't ring through and kick on my answering machine.
