Called said there was a case filed in court sheriff would be at my house,if I didn't call them back they would say I wave my rights ,also are s as Ying they resprening  different banks asking for bank account number .I gave the nothing !!!!!

I had same call Friday... same story bout I had a payday loan back in 2011, and when you ask what payday loan company. they say "you know bc your the one who got it"  same thing when you ask what bank.." don't play stupid you know what bank". but yes they have entirely too much information they had my ss#,address, dob, full name....  scary....

I had the exact same message!!  I have also searched for the company and cannot find anything!!

Same as everyone else. I receive two calls two days in a row. Same voice, but said a different name and that he was with Pitman and Associates. Sounds like the exact same message everyone else has gotten. Good grief.

Just got the a voice mail at 4:09 today from Des Moines from Heath Dawson,  He said  they had a pending case, I called they have my s.s# my email and an old address and they are saying that I owe money to a payday loan company. And the employer they said I worked for Is my sisters maiden name. I asked when did this take place and he said they got the case in September of 2015 but it could have been years before that. I asked the name of the payloan company he gave some name then followed up with well they have multiple subsidiaries. I said I didn't do that give me proof of my signature and proof that I was given a check, I wanted the number to the payloan company and he couldn't give it to me he said I could get all that info in court

I have had these calls for three days now from Pittman, white and associates they call themselves. This company does not exist. In fact the only pittman company in Des Moines IA, is a CPA firm and they do not know anyone by the name of "Jacob Bradley" or "Kelly Carson" . I called.  This is a scam. They have your name or last four of your SS# but they do not know you. There is no case. There are no loans or checks out. They simply want something from you. As stated above they will not give out their address. They tell you "Iowa" that is all. They will say they take cases from everywhere not just in IOWA, so if you do not live there they will not care. They do not speak to spouses, refusing to answer any questions and will actually challenge you if you call them a fraud and threaten to report them. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU!

DO NOT SAY YES! Do NOT verify information for them. Tell them you are contacting the authorities and hang up.

I just recieved the same message saying I had a case in their office and needed to contact them immediately.   Figured it was a scam,  been there done that.   Why can't they find them and arrest them.

I received same call but said was from different office. When I said I know was a scam and they yelled at me. I said I'm at police station Now..they hung up. Didn't call for a week.  Now once again calling from different numbers saying from a different attorney office but same voice as person before.

Yep, been there done that.  This is a SCAM..... No company listed or DBA in the State of Iowa.  Scare tactics for money you do not owe.  They take your money and then if/when you actually owe the debtor says....oh sorry you fell for that they are fradulent and you still owe us money.  DO NOT call back.  put a block on the number.

Registered my number on the do not call registry because these people were calling seemingly relentlessly, all day, everyday and leaving harassing voicemail. So finally I called them back (recorded the call) I asked: who are you trying to reach? What is this call in reference to? What case from who? The dude got loud. So I told him, this number is on the do not call registry. Hence you are violating my rights. You have been forewarned. Cease and desist from calling this number. I have recorded this call. Then I hung up. Ole boy called me and said "you're a deadbeat". I recorded that too. Then I went on the registry list and reported both numbers. I work to hard for my money to have someone try to scam me out of it.

Had a woman named Vanessa tell me their client was going to sue me. I said to go for it. I'm at poverty level so good luck with that one.

These scammers keep calling me from this #, 515-200-7942, & 515-209-3128.  They claim to be Pittman White & Assoc & are trying to get $ from me & threaten lawsuit & jail.

Scammers...call from different 515 area code numbers.  Do not give them any info!!

Same thing. Thetr a scam office is located in jacksonville florida suite 104 fired me for no reasondo not get. Paided for. Training. They use fake names when call also. Its a script also

ALWAYS CHANGES NAME

So I get the same identical calls - same voice - same verbiage - exactly 24 seconds long:
I was getting a call almost every day for 2 wks, from the following:

812-220-5473 :    JOHN WEST @ Thomas Wallace & Associates   (calls received on Thursdays-Fridays-Mondays)
515-209-3084:     WARREN BATES @ Pittman White & Associates (calls received on Mon-Tues-Weds)
                           HEATH DAWSON @ Pittman White & Associates

So I called the #'s back & the exact same recording picked up
" The # you have called is unavailable to answer your call - please leave a msg"

So I did leave a msg ...
I left a sarcastic msg regarding how impressed I was at the professional vm msg for a "law firm" ...
Then I stated that the message was for:   John West aka Warren Bates aka Heath Dawson
That all the messages they left me were identical - just switching up the name & company name.
I basically told them that they remove my phone # from their list - CEASE & DESIST all contact.
That I know they are a scam & if I receive one my phone call I will proceed with filing a case with my local police dept - then I will call them back with a case #. That all their VMs are saved on my phone & if they are blocked so the call wont get through to me - so it wont bother me in the least if they choose to keep calling - but I will file a case with the police.

So I had several days of no calls - then they called me this Monday - but quickly cancelled the call within 4 seconds = a blank msg - lets see if they got the msg & dialed it in error -or-  think they are being slick by not leaving a msg -
