Monkey's tried calling me today, when I called the number...bc I missed the call, they didn't have my phone number, my name or the last four digits of my social in there system...they than asked for my full social...and at that time said hell no and hung up!

They called people who are in no way associated with who they are trying to collect on which raised personal issues and invaded privacy.

I continue to get calls from these people up to 8 times a day. They have even called my work and told my supervisor that they were my attorneys and lost my number. When i try to return the call goes to a answering service. I haven't left a message.

They have been calling me about a debt I never had!! Nice they always want my SS... Yeah...NO WAY!! I have reported them to Rip off Report and BBB.

I have told them repeatedly that the person they're calling doesn't live here,never did and I have no knowledge as to where he is.They stop for awhile and then it starts again! How do I sue them for harassment? Last call left a message with the amount of the debt-even if they say stop listening if you are not (John Smith) it was on my messages so I listened, I think it's illegal to state the amount of the debt if they are not speaking to the debtor and are calling a number which he never had, am I right?

has been calling our company every day looking for one of the employee.
He stated that it is for a business call.
When I asked him if is something that I can do for him, he asked me for one of the employee personal and company information: name of the company owner, HR department manager, and who he can contact about the employee.
I want for him or any associate from Daniels & Norel firms to stop calling and harassing us.

Call from a Mr. Francis with authoritative threatening tone. He called me by my maiden name on my cell phone asked for my brother. Then corrected himself and called me by my married name gave me my address and my brother's.  Was told that my brother needed to call him right away. I spoke with other family members they have called everyone. They should call him. Ridiculous.

they have called here quite a few times. i finnally talked to some smart mouth woman. wanted to know what my last name was. that is none of her business. i told her the person she was looking for does not live here.

Becareful of these guys - they ask for personal information and don't distinquish who they are or what they are calling for....... DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION......

This agency  continues to call me and harass me about money due them.  I have been told on various occasions that they are going to garnish my check and take me to court.  This has me extremely stressed out, I don't want to continue to get calls from them.  They are telling me what I can pay?  Not asking me what I can afford to pay.  On top of everything they are charging me an amount that is not even legit.  They have overblown the amount due them and I keep getting calls from Susan H.

I had so much pressure and calls from this company that I made the mistake of sending them a copy of my paystub.  I dont want them to have any of my personal information.

This company keeps calling looking for someone with my name.  They won't believe they have the wrong person.

They should get their facts straight. They keep calling me and the person they are looking for is NOT me! They are rude and harassing. I tried calling back to stop the calls & I get disconnected. I emailed the company too to advise they keep calling the incorrect number & then I get a call at 7:30 am!! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau because I do not have any business with these people & have no idea how they got my personal cellphone.

this daniels and Norelli, P.C. called me today on my home phone, just started telling me they wanted to know where this William was a William ..Last name I wont add here, but I said what? He then told me what state I was from and I was related to this Willaim...last name n/a I wont say , and wanted to know if he was here, I said what? I don't know him, he said you were related to  him in this (state) I said no I wasn't, who are you I asked, how you get my number? Idiots......spam, they have no legal rights to call me and even ask me about my past are who I know, I told him hey buddy I been here in this state (no name) for 12 years and I haven't been in that state (?) in over 12 years what do you want? goodby. this is junk and trash and very unacceptable. their number is 1-516-338-7520 I hope they do not call me again, ill have to call my lawyer if they do. I don't know them or the guy they were looking for, over 12 years now...duh? I hate phone calls like this, they pretty much accuse you of knowing this person...and I don't that's nuts. they may need a lawyer if they keep this junk up I can assure of that. Its not legal to do what they are doing, this is still the USA.I do have rights here, I am a citizen of the USA.

These are debt collectors masquerading as "lawyers' they are simple scum of the earth, none educated pieces of [***]. They don't sue and they don't pursue you for debt. The lawyer who is pathetic enough to put his name on this is clearly trying to make a quick buck from payday loans. DONT PAY THESE PEOPLE [***] THEY CANT DO ANYTHING!!!!

I have just had my account frozen by Chase in Hollywood CA. From an action these people represented "CACV" in 2006. I was never served yet they used a judgment I didn't know about and must have forwarded to Eltman,Eltman and Cooper in NY where I used to live using my married name Fimbel.The only check I originally deposited was a large back payment from SS which I thought would be safe.after filing the exemption form the bank gave me although they froze double the amount  and a 75. Fee about 4000 .dollars the NY law firm will not respond and different reps when I call them hang up or put me on 40 min hold.from Nov 1,13 to the 18th today this is a nightmare caused  originally by this law firm that I traced from the many complaint sites for CACV of Colorado,LLC.I contacted the new Federal agcy.CFPB and they have the information and my name and E-mail to get back to me. When I gets back to NY I want to sue for all this trouble.They lost a case in 09 by Judge Seiden for improper service.

These people sold a phony judgment from Cavc from 06 I didn't know about and a bank acct got frozen that only had SS funds. Chase in Hollywood CA.took twice the amt. And charged a fee for something that should be exempt and was improper to begin with.ln  a case I looked up Daniels and Norelli attys. Lost a case for improper service to try to get a judgment by Judge Adam Seiden in 09..

Since I was fighting this I want people to know that you can file papers and complaint with the CFPB a Federal agcy that sends them something the other side has to respond in 15 days.their no is: 855 411-2372Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.They actually have the power to help also the atty general and a complaint to the bar ass. Is good.
