They called my cell phone asking if I was the homeowner and had my full name and address.  SOLAR AMERICA. Started by asking me questions about what my electric bill is... Um hells no, not giving that info. Proceeded to tell her that I'm on the do not call list and that what she's doing is illegal and I'm reporting them to the FTC.  COMPLETE SCAM> They've been calling me every month since March 2014

i say `hello` and theres some flaming [***] on the other end saying `yeah`, mashed some numbers then hung up on them

Heavy Indian accent saying she was calling from Microsoft regarding a virus that causes my computer to be sluggish. Really?

Got a call from this number.  Woman with massive mush mouth, and I couldn't understand a thing she was saying.

JGV (heavy accent, maybe Indian) called again to say they were calling in behalf of Microsoft and needed access to my computer to fix a virus problem.  I told them that I was going to report them for fraud.  I also told them I was going to press *57 Call Trace so they would be found, arrested & deported.

Heavy Indian accent guy called said he's calling on behalf of Microsoft and they like to provide a free scan software to fix issues with my PC. I asked who does he work for and he reluctantly said Hitechsupport and that he's calling from India. After I demanded to speak to his supervisor, he hung up on me. I was hoping to drag the call out longer so there's less time to scam someone that's less cautious than I am.

I missed this call numerous times and it says on myphone that it's from NY.  Yeah right.  Don't answer the call and don't call back, it'll show you are an active number.

Just got a call from JGV at 515 453 6886 and it' not the first.  Told him he should be ashamed  and get a real job that he was doing was illegal . They use other names and numbers, one of which is GADSI .

I get calls from this unable to understand intelligibly at least 5 - 6 times a day after telling them not to call and that I have reported them.

Called and said they were from Microsoft and I had a virus on my computer. They have been calling for about a year and a half. They will not put my name on the no call list. REALLY tired of it.

You are an idiot staying on the line ....you play right into their hands.  The intelligent thing to do is DO NOT ANSWER THEM AT ALL.

On Aug. 8th I received a call from a guy from JGV (516) 453-6886 informing me of everything that you said in your post. However, this guy's accent was heavily Asian. He implied that he worked for Microsoft. There was something about his approach that made me highly suspicious of his approach, so I told him that I needed verification that this was indeed a call from Microsoft. He became agitated as I challenge the authenticity of his call. When I told him I suspected that this was a call to gain access to my computer for the purpose of possibly stealing my identity and other personal information, he hung up the phone in my face. Today, 8/12/14 I called this number as a follow-up and was answered by an automated systems. I was given the option to be removed from their call list. BEWARE of these people, as my gut instinct tells me that they are professional identity stealers!

Maybe if dunkin donuts would open more locations these Indian [***] who are nothing but phone terrorists would get a life lol

LMFAO! That's one way to take a lemon and make lemonade! I just pick up the phone and press talk and then end, so l don't have to listen to the phone ringing all day from these junk calls. I've already gotten 4 different ones today, and it's only 4 pm. I think l like your approach better!

This is a SCAM,  they try to get the IP address of your computer then have back door access to everything. They use this number and are pinging off several other phone number including from Dallas, San Antonio , Denver, NYC and State of Washington.  Try to get as much info as you can and report incident to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.  Information will help the next person DONT BE TAKEN BY THESE PEOPLE and Microsoft does not do this kind of activity /
