I called at 888-765-5809 to get a no-obligation MetLife auto insurance quote yesterday. Because their insurance is way above my current premium so I didn't purchase their insurance plan. So there's no business with them any longer. But they keep bothering me by calling every 3-4 hours in a day. They keep calling by using different phones. It really annoys me! They shouldn't sell my info to someone else without my permission. Please stop these unwanted calls!

They called today-it's actually MetLife. I had a service related problem with them and they were calling to let me know that the problem had been fixed. So much scamming going on that we don't trust anyone anymore.

If you request an online quote for car insurance, etc, then the companies will call you. They’re trying to make a sale. This is just MetLife, one of many insurers out there.

I got same call today afternoon with voice mail stating Metlife and left 1-800 number to reach them back. After reading some posts related to this, I just ignored..

Met life Insurance called about a pention from a company I worked for over 20 years ago

I received a call from this number--it was someone who had called Met Life, they were placed on hold and their call was transferred to Natalie. Somehow in the transfer process their call came to me, on my cell phone in another part of the country. Even stranger, a few weeks earlier, my work cell phone rang. And it was someone trying to reach Natalie at the Claims Dept of Met Dental. They too had been transferred after being placed on hold. I'm not Natalie.. and I don't work for Met. Yet some how their calls are being routed to me.

Call came from MetLife's Pension division. I didn't even realize I had a pension, they were managing it for an old employer and I forgot I even had a pension.

Received call from Shonda closing to be from Metlife. She was able to confirm the last 4 digits of my lapsed life insurance policy and offered to have me make a one time payment over the phone.  I'm an insurance agent, and I know that this never occurs.  This is a scam for sure. I called Met to report it.

Met life saying payment needed in 7 to 10 days.  Never had met life insurance so this is a scam to get info from me
