Thanks for posting.  Got a call from Wholesale Knowledge yesterday on "my order of compliance manuals" followed by another today indicating there would be a $327.00 invoice.  I think NOT!  This is absolutely a scam and am furious that argued the point.

This company is a scam!!
I got a call stating i had already ordered the package in July but I didnt start at my company untill August!!

This company is an absoulte scam.
I got a call stating that my HIPPA material I had order was ready to be shipped, and they wanted to confirm our address.
I prompltly told the agent that I had never ordered this, thank you & hung up.
I have learned the less you say to these types of scammers is best.

We 'caught' the foreign sounding caller asking for an owner - we have no record of any relationship w/ them.  They left a message and obviously wanted to sell something - unsolicited.  BEWARE!

i think they call about a conference to get our info first...

I just received a call from a man with almost the same wording.  He never would tell me the price.  When I asked him if this is something I ordered he said it was and that I ordered it back in October of 2010.  I told him that I don't believe I ordered it and since we are a part of a larger medical clinic I would have to check with our compliance officer and call him back.  Of course he didn't have a phone number to give me but said he would call me back tomorrow.

I also received a call from this company insisting  my Manager authorized this shipment. She said we owed them $403.95.  We never ordered this. I think they call companies and get the name of the Manger and or purchase person, then just send it. The lady claimed that she had a confirmed order but refused to send me the original. This company is a scam and all need to dispute the delivery. They are going to send Federal Express to pick it up. Thanks and Good luck.

Our Development Director received a call from these folks - same as everyone else. We don't have access to Caller ID with our system, and of course they would not give her their phone number, so this site helped us contact the company to assure they would cancel our "delivery."  Had to call back after the person from WK told us it would "cost more to cancel the order than to ship it to us."  Then she had the gall to tell us she was going to put our company down for a "renew" next year!  These are nasty practices and I had to tell them that they could either stop the shipment and cancel our order or we would refuse it once it came and not pay them a dime.  I also asked to be taken off their calling lists...we'll see.

Got a call from Corey Harris at WK Medical today telling me that the medical compliance manual that I had ordered in November is in and that it is ready to ship.  He told me that it was ordered via telephone and gave me my first and last name.  I asked him to tell me his address and phone number.  He asked me to hold on a minute and then came back to tell me the phone number and address as:  877-230-8452.  156 Lawrence Peaquette Drive, Champlain NY  12919.  I had this same scam call last year.  Sounds like they're still at it.

Collins from Wholesale Knowledge Medical said my HIPAA compliance guide that I ordered in October would be coming FedEx.  I told him that I didn't remember ordering it and that I wanted to talk to customer service or his supervisor.  He was very forceful in his replies demanding that he would be shipping the items.  He said he couldn't connect because he was in the shipping department.  He gave me the number 1-877-230-8452.  I told him that if I received anything that I would be sending it back.  A scam?  I called the number and talked with customer service representative and she said that if she found my name on any order that she would take my name off the order right away.

7/20/2011 They are still at it. Same approach "confirming my mailing address" & then a brief statement about an invoice for over $300.00 for materials our office ordered. NOT! She gave me the phone # 1-877-230-8542 for W.K. Medical. No one answers.

Got this same call this morning.  I believe they are pulling information from Facebook.  I have my married name listed on Facebook, but legally I still go by my maiden name. In fact, Facebook is the only place where my married name is listed.  As such, when I asked who ordered this material and they said I did, and they had my married name on file.  I knew then that it had to be a scam because in no other circumstance would I use that surname.
