    Received very much the same call as above on Tuesday. The man identified himself as James Cassidy and left 518-800-8136 as the call back number, which the caller ID identified as "out of area."  Have been received these calls off and on for the past year.

    How Stupid Do They Think We Are?
    Read the string and my caller was the same guy with a British accent telling me that he was from the Treasury Department and that to ignore his call would be a Federal Offense. Clearly a scam!
