Strange looking number.... have not seen "170" after the area code, at least not for this area.
Who are these people ? Why do they think it's a thrill to attempt these calls, which are probably Schemes to defraud.
I remain to be corrected... but I wish the Phone Police to dish out Severe punishments... Lock 'Em Up or Deport and take their phone privileges away !!

Of course you have not seen it.  It is not a valid number under the North American Numbering Plan (covering the U.S., Canada, several Caribbean countries) which defines the rules for valid phone numbers.  No valid phone number can have a "0" or "1" as the first digit of the area code or the prefix (exchange).
Your caller spoofed the number on your display.
