I get 3 calls a day from this number.  Never leaves a message.    Name sometimes says Luis Castaneda.

Called landline four or five times today within short period of time. Has previously called landline and cell phone. Leaves no message. Know no one in Arizona and NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. CID Castaneda Luis. When people report calling back number and getting a response as "not in service" or "call cannot be completed as dialed", to me, this is a sure sign of a CRIMINAL calling our home. Not a telemarketer, a CRIMINAL.

Getting calls all day long from different cities and states!   Latest   is ; Luis  Castaneda, 520 889 5690

Have been receiving many of these calls.  My son answered it last time and they hung up.  No idea wgat they want.  We do not know this person.

This "Luis Castaneda" has been a busy guy, 4 pages of comments since only Nov 30th..great. I like the comment about this being a criminal. Called my home number just now, no message. Must be busy scamming for the holidays.

Luis dialed me 3X yesterday.  Another site reports this caller as the solar panel scam.

Figuring it must be really important, I dialed Luis back and got a Telco message saying number not in service.

I get 2 to 4 calls a day from this jerk.  ID shows "Robert Eilers".  No message.  Hangs up.  Blocking him.  Very similar operation to the big India/IRS scam busted up earlier this year.

Called several times in the last few days.  Finally answered it today, got some guy to say hello after a few seconds of silence... then nothing.

We just received another call from this number. Once yesterday & just now. Doesn't leave message. Caller ID shows Luis Castaneda. Blocked because we don't know anyone in Arizona.

520-889-5690 called they say nothing you all know what it does and what it says can't block it. personally I would say it is these places that want you to pay to track numbers they spam you with numbers so you will pay for there service so best thing to do is just monitor your calls and don't answer any calls you don't know.

May I ask how you blocked it I tried to and it said error

This crap has to stop!!! Why can't the government do anything about this Do Not Call list is a farce!!

Luis made 4X more attempts today.

Luis failed to breach my outer defenses each time.  Si.

The Do Not Call list is not a farce.  It works as intended.

Fact: The Do Not Call list is NOT a call blocker!
The DNC list is a LIST, subscribed to / purchased by legitimate telemarketers, so they know who not to call. The FCC does not give away the list!

Fact: Telephone numbers on the Registry don’t expire.  You do NOT have to re-register annually.

Fact: Scammers and spammers ignore the DNC list.
Many use "war dialers" to quickly dial phone numbers.  After all, phone numbers are just numbers, and are no secret!  (Arabic numbers were invented about 500 AD, so even stupid scammers know about them by now).

Fact: The DNC list does not apply to NON-sales calls, such as political calls, charities, surveys, debt collectors and businesses with which you have done business with during the previous 18 months.

Fact:  Spam callers can be blocked by getting a real call blocker.
 Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
