I have had calls from this number every day for over a week. No message left

Get this call at least once a day. So annoying. Always comes up Luis Castaneda. I finally picked up last night - no one there

Caller ID was Robert Eilers.  Didn't answer; called back with my ID blocked; number not in service.  Have read other posts here; WTF are they trying to do if they don't talk to those who do answer phone?  Waste of time & energy!

Another call from this number - quite a few over the past two weeks.  Am not answering it but they never leave a message.  Cannot identify caller by Googling "Luis Castaneda", name that comes up with call.

rec'd several calls over last few weeks.  no message.  blocked the caller

Called 1:01pm(EST) left no msg. AT&T (my cell provider) showed it as potential Spam = blocked.

I have had these calls from Luis Castaneda for the past few weeks and I have blocked his name and his number.  He still gets through so I am thinking it is a spoofed number.  He just called again and I waited for him to come on the line.  He said, "Good evening, this is (some kind of energy company)..."  I immediately said, "Stop calling me.  I am tired of this, stop calling!" and I hung up.

Got another call today 12/19/16 while we were AT the Major City Teaching Hospital!  Blocked!  HA!
Some say this is the Solar Panels Scam; other say its the IRS scam or others.  Probably depends on the day what scam they are attempting.

Had same number/name on VID.
Called number only to be told by recording not in service.

Got 4 calls within a 24 hour period.  No message.  Caller ID said "Luis Castaneda."  This is sooo annoying!!!
