I did not answer and they left no message.

I am getting a lot of political and survey calls, so I no longer answer a number that I do not know.
Doing this for the last two weeks, I received this call and five others, and they left no message
so it not one of my wife's 22 doctors or mine either otherwise they would have left a message

Called, said "May I please speak to Conor" I replied saying "speaking" and it immediately hung up.

Same experience as Conor.

Unknown Caller/Call went to voice mail, remained open for 3 seconds, then dropped.

A lot of scams these days. They need to stop harassing people. I just never answer it anymore

There is an option to be put on their do not call list.

I asked: Patricia who?
Answer: For security reason I only have the first name on my screen.  May I speak to the head of the household?
I responded:  For security reason you are speaking to the head of the household.
Answer:  Well there is no message we will call back and hung up.
I can't wait for him to call back!!!

Robocall. Computer generated voice asked, "Is Ronald there" twice. Second time it asked I could tell it was a computer generated recording. Called the number back and the recording said "thank you for calling the fundraising center."

Very annoying caller.  Calls, but never talks.  WEIRD !!!

Called no voicemail.

Answered, they asked for Rebecca. STarted talking about "the Fundraising Center". I looked online and the real Fundraising center put up this message.
"Dear Patrons,
​It has come to our attention that some person or group of persons has been fraudulently using our name,(Fund Raising-Center) and calling unsuspecting individuals to solicit donations.  FIRST of all, our company never has and never will, solicit donations from our patrons over the phone.  SECOND, these "donations" that are being solicited by this fraudulent company using our name and sometimes our web-site, are only going into the pockets of these criminals.  THIRD, if you receive a phone call from someone purporting to be us and asking for donations, simply hang up and block the number.

Do not do this...it just confirms that they have reached a live number.  Just hang up.

Call from Georgetown, CA.  I answered. Pitch was for a National Police Officers Association.  Since these type callers getting most of any donation as a commission with little going to the charity/organization, I declined.

Caller asked "Is XXX there?" twice, then hung up.

Needing donations to help the sheriffs and cops

Asked for me by name. Asking for donation for Policemen. Said any level of donation would help the police, especially the widowed families.  Told him to do as other charities do, send request by mail.  He hung up.
