You know, I get those calls to. THe very same ones and on all my cell phones. I didn't notice if they were all from the same number. I literally will not answer a call from an area code and number I don't recognize. But the two times I did answer on a cell I rarely use, they were looking to sell me a security system. (I already own my own rather expensive system with outdoor cameras on a fully fenced and gated property. So I know the supplier that sold mine surely isn't selling my number and I don't won't to believe that AT&T is selling it. I can imagine why. It's not like they need the money. I think a lot of these people are buying it from people you have shopped with. Most, no aren't going to be a POS and sell it, but human nature being what it is, there are always the 20 percent without ethics...Pareto's law, 80% decent joes, 20% [***] from petty crime to third degree murder. What's even more annoying is when you get one at some god awful hour in the morning when you're sound asleep and was up till 2a.m. calling you at 6. THey really do give new meaning to "wanting to reach out and touch someone". LOL

Just now got a call from this number on my work phone which is a state agency phone in PA.  I did not pick up.

omg wow. By the way, the current monetary system as it exists now, aka the usurious debt slavery system, is the vilest institution ever to have existed in the history of mankind, no exaggeration. The financial sector is totally insolvent and bankrupt now (financially and morally of course) yet has managed to get its claws into sovereign governments around the world to allow mass ruin in their attempt to print themselves out of insolvency. They chained all third world nations to debt slavery in the 70's and 80's and now they are doing it in US and Europe. It's truly a racket of mind boggling proportions. Capital One is part of this insidious holocaust.

Security system sales scam calling my cell phone

I received a call on the 4th. I received a missed call voice mail

I got an asian sounding lady asking about bananas. I said I'm all set but she went on about her home delivery service........idk, i hung up after 45 seconds.

Definitly Spam!  Not Capital One however.

I did not answer this call.

I was in the middle of masturbating when I got this phone call and they left no message.

Like someone else said "began with FBI statistics on home burglaries and that's as much as I listened to."  But they called my office phone so they obviously didn't care if it was a residential line or not

Called 4:09pm No message.

I get calls from this number occasionally. It's about the security scam. I always hang up when I hear the start of the pre-recorded message. I've sent reports to have this number blocked but the calls still come in. I'm disabled and it seems they always call when I can barely walk get to the phone, which makes hearing their message that much more frustrating.

I just got a call from this number. All I could here was heavy breathing and the song Squeeze my Lemon from Led Zeppelin playing in the background.

It's a telemarketing recording.
Starts off with a woman's voice saying in a very businesslike way "The FBI reports......"
Scared the bejesus outta me man.......
Ya call back, a recording comes on telling you that you were contacted for telemarketing purposes and then "if you want to be removed from the call list, press any digit now." click. Like, ya get a half second to press any digit. SCAMSCUM
