Left a message about lowering my interest rates on credit cards.

Call me today 5 mins ago. Rang twice and then hung up.

This person calls and when I answer (answer because were a business) they just hang up....so tired of this......

Called left message that it was urgent to call them back as I am eligible to lower my interest rate to 6.9% for a limited time only. I have voice to text by YouMail. So it was accurately transcribed.

Yep, that pain in the butt scam company. Nobody in government seems to be able to assist us in stopping them. Call after call from spoof caller ID's that keep changing.

Other reports say the caller "left message that it was urgent to call them back" so a spoofed caller ID number would be useless to the scammer.

Called cell, no VM.

Called and stated I was eligible to lower my interest rates. Why can't this be illegal?

Called, it said 'United States' I do not answer when I don't know who is calling.

Heather is still perpetrating "calling from your credit card" scam. It's not a credit credit card offer at all. They pass on your iformation to anyone willing to buy it. Remember, YOUR credit card company has a name. SCAM!

It's a scam about credit card rates. NOT a credit card provider- just trying to you information to sell to mass mailers. They cannot offer you ANY rates low or high.  Block it.

The spoofed part is only their identity not the number itself. It's easy to make it appear as coming from anyone they want. They can answer your call with vague identifiers like:  credit services, may  I help you?
