We might "beware of consumer info given" by shills. Your fright story could be more plausible if you graduated to a full keyboard from a mobile device and composed in English rather than Gibberish. Actually filing suit would cost these extortionist clowns exposure and shame for their flimsy claims they could never afford.

They'd use an Internet phone for the same reason they'd send information via email rather than hard copy: So that the police can't track them down and arrest them!

There are no warrants.  Debt collectors do not represent the state and CAN NOT ISSUE WARRANTS FOR ANYONE"S ARREST!

This person says his name is Alan Maloney calling from a 5512266980 he keeps calling asking for my husbands social security number. He already has his birthdate. I have no idea how he got the information but do not give him any info. He says he's calling from cr processing.

This person is going by the name Alan Maloney. He has my husbands birth date but says he still needs his social security number to give to a lawyer to help with a lawsuit. He says he is a mediator and wants to help my husband from getting sued.

He lied to you.  He's one of the scammers.

No they cannot.  In some cases you can be held in contempt for failure to appear.  It is quite rare in civil debt cases but it does happen.  For example child support actions.  If you are ordered to appear and you do not, yes, you can be held in contempt--but ONLY A JUDGE CAN ISSUE A WARRANT AND IT IS ONLY USABLE BY POLICE OR SHERIFFS, not some damn two bit--kitchen-table debt scammer.  DEBT COLLECTORS DO NOT REPRESENT THE STATE.

Ignore him.  He's a scammer!  Don't give him the time of day!

Do not give these people any information and definitely do not give them any money. These are the biggest scammers you will come across. They gave me the names Anthony Procino, Mr. Ranieri, Mr. Stevens, and the list goes on and on. Unless they send you something in writing tell them to get lost.
