Sorry I left out the phone number which appeared in my caller ID, the number was as follows:   1-559-457-0453.  As I stated previously my home number is registered with the national "DO NOT CALL" list and my phone number which is with AT&T is also unlisted.  It had to be a computer placing the call if it did come from California because I received my call at 6:30 a.m., PDT.  What telemarketer is working at 6:30 a.m.?

They called my cell 7 times today! I answered the last time and no one was there. I called them back and it said press #2 to be added to the do not call list. I did and they asked to enter in your phone number, so I did and nothing happened. I sent them an email to get me off the call list immediately and blocked their number through Verizon. So annoying!

Have called me many times even though my number's on the do-not-call list.  Quite annoying.  They never leave messages, and when I answer usually it's dead air.

Ohps....Call Ferret is one of the good guys...gets so tangled it's hard to make sense. Not sure why eatonwoodgreen@gmail.com showed up or is associated in search of the number 559-457-0453.

My bad, do not pester eatonwoodgreen@gmail.com as i believe he is not responsible for calls.

Why should I have to ASK the telemarketer to put ME on their Do Not Call list? I've had it with Next Level Solutions, and have reported their several recent violations to the federal DNC registry.

I just called the 559-457-0453 # that has been calling my cell phone, someone finally answered and said that they are not suppose to be calling cell phones so they took my # off their list.

Caller told my husband (at his business number) that I was inquiring about postage stamps and gave his number.  I made no such inquiry, I would never give out his business number, and how did they get my name?

In our state the DNC list does not apply to business to business calls.  I beleive this law is federal.  When I was having problems with credit card companies calling my fathers business I investigated and was told that business to business calls are not considered solicitation.  I know bizarre but that is what I was told.  I e-mailed them today because they are calling my personal cell.  I have never signed up for ANY newspapers so I am not sure how they got my number.  I think someone needs to create a company that just bugs the [***] out of the telemarketing companies.  Call them at 8 in the morning 9 at night you know all the hours they are "technically" allowed to call.  Anyone wanna join?  I am sure we would get plenty of sponsors.

Thank you!  They've also been calling me and then there's never a live person on the other end.  I will email them immediately to be removed from their call list.

I think you guys are missing the big picture here...

It sounds to me like a hacking/phish scam.  They try to get additional details such as credit card information by saying they are representing a company.  It sounds like once they realize the person is too intelligent to divulge this information they leave you alone.  Also, those that say the exact right combination of words or send the perfect email get off the list because calling you further would get them investigated and ultimately arrested.  I would be really careful with these guys...just my opinion

They won't do anything about a scam
and they STOPPED BEING CONSUMER ADVOCATES LONG AGO
They side with the dues paying bad business over valid complaints and never give accurate ratings..  THE DUES MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT..

Received call and did not answer.  No VM left.  What gets me is that I am on DNC registry and the Caller ID said TELEMARKETER.  Amazing how this jerks can still get around the DNC registry.  Creeps.
