If they are calling on behalf of a company with which you have an Existing Business Relationship (EBR), then the national and state Do Not Call lists do not apply. Your subscription to the paper qualifies as an EBR. (This is the law.) This even applies to your cell phone if you have given the company that number as your primary number. You need to tell them that you want to be placed on the company's No-Means-No Do Not Call List.

I receive call from 1-559-457-0453 several times a day.

Received my daily call from 1-559-0453 @ 12:p.m.

When I called, the guy said that they got my phone number from using a website called Stamps.com.  I told the guy that I haven't been on that site ever.  He said it was the only way.  I told him that he was lying and I would report them for violate the "do not call list".  He said that was fine and he would remove my number.

called my phone at 10;30am and didnt say anything after i answered the phone, i assumed it was some type of telemarketer

I got a missed call from this number, I'm on the Do Not Call list so they shouldn't have my personal cell phone

these anuses telephoned my cellphone.  how they got my private, unlisted cell phone number I'll never know.  my cell phone number is on the national do not call registry, it's been there since it was created and I update it regularly. it is amazing that these companies can still be allowed to operate continually.  I'm sure we all report them to the federal bureaus that they call us yet they keep calling and calling.  why?????

Keep getting these calls Next Level Solutions. I don't answer the phone when I see who it is. I am signed up for donot call.gov . I hate these calls. I never give my number to anyone so not sure how they got it. Please don't call my number..

They have been calling me for weeks.  It started as every few days, then every other day and now it's every day.  They never leave a message and only call while I'm at work, so of course I never am able to answer.

There is a link on their home page that lets you add your number to their "do not call" list. I hesitated before I filled out the form but I tried it so we'll see what happens.

CALLS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW TO MY CELL PHONE AND NO MESSAGE HAS BEEN LEFT.  MY CELL PHONE IS REGISTERED ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.  SINCE I SCREEN ALL MY CALLS, I HAVE NOT ANSWERED THESE CALLS.

IT IS, HOWEVER, VERY ANNOYING THAT THESE CALLS KEEP COMING SINCE I ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE WHO IS CALLING AND BECAUSE MY CELL IS MY PRIMARY PHONE.

Have received several calls from this company at the exact same time each day.  I contacted a friend who's phone number is nearly the same as mine except his ends in *40, mine *72.  Both of us have been on the DNC list since it's inception.  He's had the same calls at the same time each day but 5 minutes before mine.  Looks like they are sequentially calling all the numbers in a given area.  Very illegal.  They are also failing to identify themselves when the phone is answered.

I'd like to thank those that have posted information about this company.  It's cut way down on the research I need to do to sue the telemarketer and the company that hired them.

WRT to the link on their website to add yourself to their DNC list.  Don't do it.  If you are on the national DNC list there is no reason to sign up on this companies list.  Additionally, scumbag companies like this just use the information to collect good phone numbers to call and then sell that info to other scumbags.

Just got a call from this number 5594570453 and I don't know anyone in that area code so, I didn't asnwer.  But, I google the number and found I wasn't a lone.

I get calls daily and sometimes twice a day from 559-457-0453 and they leave no message.

no message left if unanswered, recorded message if answered. No one to speak with to ensure repeat calls are not made

- organizations that do this should be put out of business and the folks that run them should face at least minor criminal sanctions

Yeah, I just missed a call from this number on my cell phone, they left no message. But I live in Maryland, so why are they calling me?
