Rang once and hung up on Sept 10 2009 10:43am No message was left just the call back number.  I did not call back for fear of scam.

Got a call from 559-473-4305 - one ring and then a hang up - no message.  Was on my cell that is a 'no call list' phone number.

It's a ringtone company who is trying to sell 9.99 a month subscriptions for ring tones.

Got a call from theses people who the h are they and why call my cell i'm on do not call list also!!!!????

Sept 11, 2009.  I received a call from 559-473-4305.  It rang once and they hung up, so I looked online here to find it is a sales call even though I am on the no call list.  Don't call back and waste your time and minutes!!  I have an Austin Texas area code.

I guess it was my turn to get this call. They let it ring for 3 seconds then hung up. I think their intention is to get you to look at your "missed calls" list, then you call them to figure out who they are and why they called.

Same thing just happened to me. Rang twice, no message and I to am signed up on the DO NOT CALL list.

I live in Fresno where the 559 area code is located. I didn't recognize the number and there was no message left but I did call the number back. There was some fast talking recording that said something about HeyCosmo or HateCosmo, not sure which. I googled HeyCosmo and there is a place to click to be put on their do-not-call list. I;m already on a national do-not-call list so giving this company my cell phone number is very suspicious. I filed a complaint with the FCC online just now. I have done this before with other telemarketers and it really works! I suggest that everyone do the same and lets get rid of these [***]. Here is the FCC online complaint URL:
