Found out right after I posted my comment yesterday that I was calling a local number in my area code.  I dialed 561-0916 and received a voicemail at someones residence.  I did a reverse lookup and found out that this number does not exist.  Which I now see all the comments above about this being a spoof id.

Plain and simple IF YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER DON'T ANSWER IT. If it's a valid and important call they will leave a message. Anyone that can't be bothered to leave a  message can KISS MY GRITS! Too many dang scammers and I TRUST NO ONE!

This call was a blocked number on caller ID. But do not answer these kind of calls

I just got a call from an Evette with a company called Final Notice.  561-091-6563, This is the number that appeared on my caller ID.  Tried calling the number and it is a roto dial.  Avoid answering if you can.

I jest got call asking to speak me.! I asked who is this ? caller said I am Meloney, calling from dealer & hung up on me.
This is not valid USA number, We must stop those number dialing out from exchange, computer call.

Got a call from; 561-091-6563, she said this was a final notice from Turn Key Automotive, St Louis, about my car warranty. I told her this was my final notice, my warranty expired 2 years ago. SCAM!!!  DON'T ANSWER

Getting calls from this number from someone who barely speaks English and cannot even pronounce the name of the car I have (prius) about warranty that just expired (3 years ago).  A bunch of idiots.

If you have an answering machine and do not recognized the number or name do not answer it let it go to your answering machine.  If it is an important call, they will leave a message.  

Also never call back a unknown number, you could be calling outside the country which will cost a lot of money on your phone bill.

These people are criminals you fools. Do not answer calls from unknown people. The reasoon they are unknown are because they are criminals. Only very stupid people answer these calls let alone call them back. Are you one of the very stupid people these criminals are looking for???? If you are just keep answering these types calls let them have your money DA's.

Robo call - hung up as I answered - I get this call a lot!

When these numbers show up on my caller ID and answering machine, I automatically answer with: Crime Scene Investigator; can you please hold while we put a trace on your number.....they usually hang up instantly.

Called at least 3 times a month. Never answer and they never leave a message. I am on a Do Not Call List, which is a real joke. I get more junk calls now than before I went on the list. Does not list name on ID - shows Name Unavailable

This call came in but we never answer the phone if we do not recognize the number because we know it is a SCAM.

Caller ID says name unavailable. No message left. Did not answer as search turned up this page's info. Another scam I guess....

called at 10:09 MDT 10/11/13 asking for "William". I told the female caller there was no such person that I am just Bill.  When asked where she got my number she started to say something about DMV and disconnected.  Of course I couldn't call back to offer my opinion.
Shut it down please along with their call lists.

This company called me about an extended warranty for my car

Received a call from this number. Did not answer. Looked it up on this site. Attempted to call it back and it says the number is invalid.

Just to follow up on my original post, this time (yes, these thieves called BACK!) my wife was lucky enough to answer the phone. I got the call from her and proceeded to play along as an interested party. They were trying to sell me an extended warranty on the exact model/year of my personal vehicle. They told me that they sent me snail mail with "last notice" and "final last notice" and then said that if I do not take the offer that they will have to discontinue offering me the deal. Oh SNAP! Needless to say my mood suddenly jumped up and I joyfully exclaimed in my best little lid voice, "Wow! You mean that I won't get any more of these insipid calls from your company that invariably wake me out of a sound sleep (I work 3rd shift ans WAS in bed at the time)" Caught the caller off guard... then she tried to backpedal with "Well we can remove you from our calling list..." when I replied, "You just do that. And, rest assured, any future calls from your company for any reason will be reported to the attorney general in Wisc. and to the FTC. And, by the way, I SAVED those notices so I know EXACTLY where you guys are doing business out of *CLICK* "

You people are stupid for answering these type calls. They are criminals looking for stupid people who answer the calls. If you called them back your are must be really stupid. They are criminals DA's. Quit answering these calls you back bad on the rest of us. Thanks a lot you fools for answering these calls.
